@SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

@SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

@SkyHelpTeam Cant get any info anywhere from SKY. Recorded fob off messages. 2 working days no BB. Wife as key worker needs this service. She'll be putting more data bolt ons on her mobile! Utter pathetic service. Answer plz. When will BB fix be sorted at OL8 2SD. Get an answer plz.

@SkyHelpTeam So A 2nd day has almost passed, we have no bb. My wife cant keep putting £10 mobile data on her phone because SKY are failing to provide a basic service we pay for. When will this OL8 2SD outage be fixed, is anyone actually working on a fix? This is simply not good enough is it.
