@SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

@SkyHelpTeam i hope there is going to be some sort of compensation for this downtime. unable to use internet or most sky Q features (which is in my opinion not as great as the previous sky box service) since the pictures repeat quite a bit or break up pixelated.
