My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Had worst few days going back and forth trying to cancel my sky mobile contract as it's in cooling off period and had to send emails Ring numerous times and live chat and it's not been dealt with yet Awful customer service and wouldn't recommend

Can’t access BT sport to watch #ChampionsLeague tonight. Been on the phone to @btsportfootball for the last 2 hours, being dragged from department to department & still no resolution - absolutely shocking service!! Never had an issue with the @SkySports app.

@AlanTay06977777 @RLChampionships @SkySports SL is a separate organization so and SKY's deal is with SL not the RFL..no? Go their own way and cut a streaming or broadcast deal elsewhere. No dual reg with SL teams and no loans..flurry of injuries and they are in real trouble.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done the testing and it said it needs an improvement. They told me to wait for 48 hours as they were trying to improve (on their side????) it but not much change. I’ll call the help centre.
