@SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

@SkyUK by far the worst provider there is in the UK if you're looking for a company that shows a good level of customer service. I'm owed over £100 as a refund from over a month ago. The Complaint handler refused a call back as their line manager doesn't want to. 0 out of 10.

@SkyHelpTeam Luckily the engineer arrived today and FFTP is up and running. But we got no confirmation the day before the incorrect date or the correct date. Why has sky's communication become crap. Is was great before.
