@SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam it appears so... when logging into the ‘My Sky App’ it didn’t recognise the outage at the time, so we were unsure what was happening and whether you were aware! Fortunately we woke this morning to SF broadband being reconnected again.

@SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

The best option would be to advance the solidarity payments that come from the PL to the EFL to help the EFL clubs get through this crisis and budget accordingly. I think the bigger problem is going to come in the Championship

@SkyHelpTeam Broadbands absolutely terrible at the minute and has been for a while, averaging 3mbs download speed and it’s been similar since we started our contract yet I can go on compare the market and you’re offering average speeds of 59mbs in my area... what am I missing

Trying to work from home when @SkyHelpTeam drops out for minutes at a time mid video call or mid process. Following the online steps doesn't work, and cannot find any way to speak to someone urgently.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I’ve disassembled /reassembled the connections AS PER USUAL, so if that doesn’t work I’ll follow that link and send a screen shot. Last Friday it said call an engineer, who said they can’t touch BT equipment, so we’re faced by our SKY connection continuing to go down. 😡

@SkyHelpTeam please give your engineers better training. Twice in the last year they've disconnected my entire block of flats from the (freeview) aerial when connecting someone to Sky Q, it's taking me months and ££ to fix their mistakes.
