    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    @SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

    Ao @SkyUK says an outage on broadband in my area, but status checker says no issues. No broadband for about an hour so far. No information available as to why. Joyful.

    @SkyHelpTeam We're in a new build property, set up for Sky Q but the WiFi speed is so poor we can't have it! We only have broadband. Most days it feels as if we're back to the dial up days!

    @SkyHelpTeam We have tried that. We have literally had in engineer stand in our living room and tell us that the WiFi is so poor that we can't be connected to the Sky Q we are set up for! Why are we are we not connected to fibre?
