@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

@SkyHelpTeam Your maximum speeds are still slow compared to the competition. You advertise your 59Mb (max possible) package as #SuperFast. That is just untrue, it is NOT #superfast. I’d call it slow.
