    @SkyUK Spoken to @SkyHelpTeam on phone- managed to reduce monthly bill by £10:50 +all HD channels+Eurosport channels in HD. Had to have Kids package(£5)initially but can cancel that in next 31 days to reduce it a further £5! Special mention to James in ‘value’ department @SkyUK

    @SkyUK I’m not happy with your price increases so called to cancel as I know my consumer rights. But Just had a lass blatantly lie to me saying I can’t leave. Then her manager said same and nothing I could do, so I demanded it was escalated and someone other than them ring 1/3.

    Rain knocks out Sky signal. Broadband, also from Sky, working fine, so of course I can stream the footie on my phone. But I can’t cast it from my phone to the telly because reasons. But hey, I only pay £100 a month for something that gets taken out by water. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Well you are aware as I have now spoken to 1, your broadband team who confined they have an issue they won’t be fixed until Tuesday at the earliest and 2, your cancellations dept who confirmed my contract is now void so I can boot you out and find a more reliable supplier

    @SkyHelpTeam two occasions within 10 days in the SR8 postcode where there is an internet outage. Help guides don’t work, this is an issue with the infrastructure. Absolutely pointless having sky glass with this reliability. Paying for the pleasure of having a black redundant box.

    @DannyWoodwad @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK We just came from there in May, they delayed our installation date by 6 weeks and blamed covid for it. Their customer service makes sky's abysmal CS look good
