My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

@davman1971 @SkySports @SkySportsNews That’s one side of the story I got into cricket watching it on bbc but without the milions pumped into the game by Sky over the last 20yrs the England team would be no where near a World Cup final & we would probably down to 6 first class counties. @SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

@Mrpud2u @SkyUK If I added up the number of hours Ive spent ******* about with the connection between the Q box & mini box and every time it goes down, it would add up to about a week of my life that I’ll never get back! Shocking considering the amount we pay for unreliable tech. 😲😡

@SkyHelpTeam Cheers Ross, I think it’s a case of biting the bullet & cancelling our contract so we can go out & buy a TV and service that works. It should never be available to customers in this state, you’re making customers feel like fools in paying for an inferior product
