@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

@Bradfordjack @SkyHelpTeam I had the same problem - it’s on @BBCiPlayer though. I wondered if the subject matter might be seen as somewhat sensitive given current policing issues, but why it’s on one and not the other is beyond me.
