@SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

@davman1971 @SkySports @SkySportsNews That’s one side of the story I got into cricket watching it on bbc but without the milions pumped into the game by Sky over the last 20yrs the England team would be no where near a World Cup final & we would probably down to 6 first class counties. @SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

I could see him diverting from that, due to another investigation arising & Carefoot being brought back in the fold. So it’s easy to avoid all that. That fight outside of the Uk is a travesty.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have tried this numerous times but it is saying no known issues in the area but may not be able to advise on all issues !!When I call it says there are issues and will receive a text when rectified. I am working from for the nhs and my husband is trying to run a business.
