    @SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

    @SkyHelpTeam 1mbps download (no not a typo) with 2.4mbps upload, why am I paying for super fast broadband again, I’m really fed up with all the problems with sky lately, out of 15 years with sky never had so many problems that you blame on home set up everytime

    A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any way of switching off your adverts for iPhones and for what is coming up in the future. They are gut wrenchingly awful and result in the channel being switched off

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the message Emma. I’m in contact with Sky, have swooped the TV and now have a wifi engineer booked. My issue though is that the software on glass is too bandwidth hungry and/or struggling in what I believe is a normal household in terms of # of devices.

    @SkyHelpTeam Constant issues with my sky glass it’s now sat in a spare room, new tv bought and used with puck which is still rubbish but I can watch apps on my tv rather than them constantly crashing on sky glass. All reported to sky and they couldn’t care less

    @SkyHelpTeam Did that. Noticed signal is doing from 1 to no bars and back. Never had bad signal here before This happened first in Haddington 6 miles away today, then same back home in Eh35

    It is now 51 days of no service from @virginmedia. All I need is a 'night pull'. 51 days, over 50 calls, and not one manager has called me back, not one agent has managed to book a night pull. Compensation currently over £450. @SkyHelpTeam fancy making me a deal in BL3?

    @SkyUK been on the phone for 1 hour 30 mins. Two transfers - all I want is a sky engineer to install my Broadband Superfast 80. Not sure why so hard; worst service I’ve ever had from any company.
