@SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

@SkySports Proved everyone wrong with his great ball distribution, kicked the ball out of play every 2nd kick and made a number of passes into terrible danger. Can’t catch a ball and punches it out or spills it under no pressure whatsoever. Stones, Walker and Maguire made him look good.

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

@SkyUK TBH back in the day I just dial a another POP if the connection wasn't working. Right now Sky bb is broken amd no way to 'dial another POP'. Fibrer did work well but ot did takes months get it installed. Don't feel I'm getting value for money, or the support I'd expect.
