Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

@SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

@SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam is there any way of switching off your adverts for iPhones and for what is coming up in the future. They are gut wrenchingly awful and result in the channel being switched off

@SkyHelpTeam 1mbps download (no not a typo) with 2.4mbps upload, why am I paying for super fast broadband again, I’m really fed up with all the problems with sky lately, out of 15 years with sky never had so many problems that you blame on home set up everytime

A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

@virginmedia this service is abysmal.. no one answering calls again, no live chat, how can I fix my problem if no one is available to talk to. We’ve been having issues since 26/10/20.. absolutely crap. @SkyUK we’re on our way

@SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

Great service from @SkyUK offered me a deal to stay with them, said I could have a couple of days to think about it, rang me back and told me that the deal they offered wasn’t available. Said they would ring back after listening to the call. Haven’t heard from them in 5 days #sky

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam- the issue isn’t just with me, however we do tend to have a constant WiFi issue but since Thursday it’s been off more than it has been on. The issue is that as the Internet Supplier, you should be offering a stable product, and I’m afraid we haven’t met that criteria
