    @Skysports stop going on about Jordan Rhodes. He has never shown his previous form for us - under any manager. He is not a target man , he would be anonymous on the pitch If he was there. We still need a striker because JR hasn’t done anything for us. We wish he would come good

    @SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

    @SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

    @SkyHelpTeam seems we now can't get any catch up TV from the 4 network. Just get a spinning loading icon thing and never able to get anything. Using the all4 app on my smart tv works fine. Internet fine. Just the apps on sky

    After being loyal customer of @SkyHelpTeam for 25 years and because of my credit ( which is y good but dealing with it ) the wont give me another phone .Never defaulted on bills always paid ..When broadband contract is up its Goodbye to sky ( broadband and phone sims ) and hello to another provider So much for being a loyal customer ....Isn't it time these providers started looking after their customers ...Oh they said I could buy the phone outright Were do people find over a grand fkr a new phone ... #angry #sky #customer
