  @SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

  @SkyHelpTeam AVOID THIS COMPANY ! Went for a Sky broadband contract. They made a mess of the outside of my house and now are refusing to do anything about it. Telling me it's my responsibility to get Openreach to fix it. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Theyll see me in court

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue for years was stuck on an old package that they didn’t offer anymore and the price would get increased every year it got to like £50 a month for just a 20mb line. They recently upgraded the internet in my block and now I pay less for much faster speeds

  @niiciidee @SkyHelpTeam We have the same problem and have a family member in hospital. This is getting ridiculous, we need to change provider or one of us has to go to a different network so at least one of us is able to make and receive calls/texts

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Over the years I stayed with Virgin. BB only - £70/m(1gb). Changed to YouFibre 2 yrs ago now, again 1gb, halved cost to £39. Just had a call to renew, it’s now £30! They said bcos im a loyal customer! Not heard that before 👏 Fire stick and BB. Cheaper by more than 50%
