@SkyHelpTeam I am fed up of my broadband dropping! This is now a regular occurrence!! Numerous calls, following the steps, etc. and still no joy!!! And the amount I pay a month for the service is a joke!!!!

My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Nope! Not wasting my time sitting on hold again. Sort the issue remotely as there is nothing wrong with this end as we have had ongoing issues since starting with you. We have only been with you a few months and had ongoing issues. Your service doesn’t even cover the whole house
