@SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

@davman1971 @SkySports @SkySportsNews That’s one side of the story I got into cricket watching it on bbc but without the milions pumped into the game by Sky over the last 20yrs the England team would be no where near a World Cup final & we would probably down to 6 first class counties. Things are not free anymore

@SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

@HarrisonHeating @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Have had sky for years, and always had awful WiFi. Have now installed ubiquiti access points, stopped using the sky hub for WiFi, and it’s now brilliant. Not had a single issue since. It’s their hardware that causes the problems

@SkyHelpTeam Looks like I have to pay £49 to set it up rather than £20 for new customers so I will just pass and stick with what I have. Thought as a Diamond VIP I might have got a discount or even got it for free but guess not. Thanks for help but will pass for now.
