Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

@SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

@SkySports ur cameras are not working properly on @IPL. Could uv shown recent boundary from @imVkohli to Dayal in much better manner. So that v can understand how he is timing & identifying the gaps. Angle should clearly show the distance between midwicket fielder and the ball.

@SkySports Drew Fisher is at fault. He let this get out of control. At 90+5 Tzionis is chopped down by Barrios from behind on a breakaway and no foul or card is given. Then Salloi reacts and the rest is history. @PROreferees really suck at game management.
