@SkyHelpTeam So the replacement router made no difference. Was just on phone to Sky technician, who was trying to help. Call dropped and multiple attempts to get through automated system failed. Clearly it’s designed to put people off calling Sky!

@NFFC_TrentEnd @SkySports FIFA sorted this in the World Cup, soon as players realised they were playing 10-15 minutes injury time they stopped. The solution is already there they just need to imitate what worked in the world cup.
