A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

@atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

@SkyHelpTeam is there any way of switching off your adverts for iPhones and for what is coming up in the future. They are gut wrenchingly awful and result in the channel being switched off

@SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

Hey @SkyHelpTeam Returning an old broadband box, no problem. They'll send you out a label, package it up and drop it off at the PO. Not quite. Texts, print a label, no printer? then send data to PO via app, then turn up with it.... What a rigmarole.

@SkyHelpTeam This check never happened in our case, we had to resort to using a telephone kiosk in our village in order to make a 999 call. Being in a rural area we have limited to no mobile coverage. No everyone has a signal despite what a coverage map may show.
