    hello @SkyHelpTeam, new customer here. My broadband was supposed to activate yesterday but did not. If I check the status on your app it still says it’s scheduled to go live on Monday 12th Oct. What’s going on? I need this sorting ASAP please as I am working from home. Thanks.

    More trouble with Sky Broadband to add to the issues we already have with our Sky HD Box. We pay them a great deal of money for completely unsatisfactory service @skytv @SkyUK time to find a new provider for all our services.

    @seany23stringer I feel the same mate. Saints have been poor but this VAR is certainly not for me. I blame the TV pundits for scrutinising every referee decision many times. Bring back the beautiful game on how it used to be before @SkySports destroyed it. 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam Problem eventually resolved, however. 1) price I was promised on January 27th wasn’t honoured. Sky then took DD significantly higher than what we had agreed. 2) customer service yesterday poor. 5 departments before I could get issue resolved. No credit or apology offered.

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Shocking customer service from Ralph Lauren, placed an order on the 10th, received a 30% off email on the 11th Feb, took 5 emails and numerous calls to challenge this shoddy practice only to told “sorry nothing we can do” Goods will be returned and custom taken elsewhere
