I’ll add Leek to the places wher @SkyHelpTeam Mobile coverage doesn’t work. I wish I had a network where I could just use my mobile to ring for a taxi. Sky truly has worst network coverage of any network, just awful

@SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

@SkyHelpTeam I am, however Mike appears to be having the same issue and he’s with Sky. Adverts on the same channel and the rest of the channels are fine, just the event itself that appears to have the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam You are pushing out less than 10fps. The quality is terrible. I can stream Netflix 4k fine, Amazon at 4k etc. Box office app on PC and Mac terrible.
