    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband router has been locked out for the past 3weeks, our sky tv box is ridiculously slow, please can you get in touch ASAP. I’ve been on the phone for 15 minutes this morning, with no luck in talking to a sky representative. Appalling Service. @Rachelle0482

    Phoned to cancel @SkyUK but I’m in contract passed to cancelation, said can’t help me if my reason to leave is we employ @adamboultonSKY as @SkyNewsBreak is just a division of sky I said I don’t need your help just cancel me. Been with @SkyUK 8 yrs but can’t wait to leave!

    @SkyHelpTeam submitted complaint and Subject Access Request on 2nd September. Not heard a thing since. Looks like I’ll be going to @ICOnews to make them aware of your failure to adhere to legislation... you had 1 month to comply with SAR!

    Fuming with @SkyHelpTeam , ringing me at 19:00 to cancel my installation for my engineers calling in sick. Even after making me pay for my subscription for 3 months of no sky as they wouldn’t suspend my account. If I was off work, it would get covered. #joke

    @judythevet @FreeviewTV @SkyUK I'm sick to death of constantly turning the volume up and down on the TV. When news items switch to prerecorded stuff. Ads, especially daytime funeral plans. Do they think I'm deaf. You only had to set the sound once, now it's continuous turning up and down.

    @KEEMSTAR What a stupid thing to say. This old man thinks only “ESPN” subscribes bought the PPV and completely ignores the uk side and Saudi Arabian side such as “bt sport, dazn, skysports, shahid & fiteTv. But I’m not surprised considering who this is coming from this

    @SkyHelpTeam First, you provide an inadequate router, and when it comes to cancelling your contract, then they have the cheek to ask for it back. Absolutely shambolic service. Glad I cut my internet bill by £10 a month with @litfibre. Far superior service. My internet is 8x faster.
