Even after making me pay for my subscription for 3 months of no sky as they wouldn’t suspend my account. If I was off work, it would get covered. #joke

When news items switch to prerecorded stuff. Ads, especially daytime funeral plans. Do they think I'm deaf. You only had to set the sound once, now it's continuous turning up and down.

As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
