    @SkyHelpTeam hello. Due for sky TV next week. Been told by a neighbor who used to have sky that the communal dish doesn't get all the channels. Once the engineer is round, would they check everything is ok as standard? And fix accordingly (It's on a three story building)

    @SkyHelpTeam The name of the app isnt really the issue here. My issue is why i can stream sky sports HD to my phone (HD channels are listed on the app) but xbox has no HD channels listed

    @SkyHelpTeam The gentleman on Sky Live chat ordered it on Monday, the 7th July. I don't think DPD delivers on weekends, so it will be Monday the 14th now. Why does it take so long? I am paying money for no service. I have been with you for 5 years. Very disappointing.
