I’ll add Leek to the places wher @SkyHelpTeam Mobile coverage doesn’t work. I wish I had a network where I could just use my mobile to ring for a taxi. Sky truly has worst network coverage of any network, just awful

@SkyHelpTeam The name of the app isnt really the issue here. My issue is why i can stream sky sports HD to my phone (HD channels are listed on the app) but xbox has no HD channels listed

@SkyHelpTeam hello. Due for sky TV next week. Been told by a neighbor who used to have sky that the communal dish doesn't get all the channels. Once the engineer is round, would they check everything is ok as standard? And fix accordingly (It's on a three story building)

@SueMcIntyre70 @SkyHelpTeam Just spoke to sky about issue at bb7 9. They advised it’s being looked at as there is an outage in the area and openreach have said they have an SLA up to two days to fix it.
