    Very happy with the service from @SkyUK today. The customer service representative I spoke to last night was fab, and told me the problem would be fixed within 5 days. It was done within 1! Great service, thank you. 👍🏼

When I called to complain & get a refund I was told it was tough Sky don’t give refunds when the service is down.
