    @SkyHelpTeam im trying to cancel all services. You have no mechanism that seems to support this right now. It’s a 5 minute call. There’s a 14 hour chat window where you didn’t respond. I tried & you didn’t. To be clear, this is not directed towards the hard working staff.

    So now that #SkyGlass is a thing what @SkyUK needs to do now is have a Q box that works off normal satellite most of the time but will fallback to the streaming service in the event that extreme weather kills the satellite signal.

    I hope you guys can fix the problem. I'm updated in my payment but not getting internet for 24 hrs. now. I emailed your customer service who responded, telling me about basic troubleshooting. I did all of that and still not end up the same problem. No Internet. @SkyHelpTeam

    @anditsinthere_7 @TheEverydayMan_ @SkyUK You're left with a 48-month credit agreement for a TV tied to the Sky OS. You don't even get all Freeview channels or an aerial socket on the back. No satellite tuner so unless you LIVE for Sky and plan to NEVER cancel, it'd be a huge waste of money.
