    @SkyHelpTeam next door has had some builders in and my sky dish was obstructing the scaffolding so they attached it to the scaffolding. Just got home, the scaffolding has gone and they have just left my sky dish on the floor? Any advice? As I now have no TV signal

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely had enough of being fleeced by Sky but receiving a poor service. Channels often don't work and now during the festive period when we are all at home due to a tier 4 lockdown they fail their customers again. Looking forward to moving to a new provider.

    @rohanmcder @SkyHelpTeam both 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 don't work. traceroute (UDP) packets can reach them but DNS requests fail. Tested on several devices at home. Also tried turning off IPv6.

    @SkyHelpTeam we paid for a film the other day which is ready to play but we get a technical error message when we try to play it. Days later & we still can’t watch it. Wifi upstairs is awful. I’m worried moving to Sky was a mistake. I’m within cancellation period. Need help ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam I dont understand why people are moaning ive been with sky 10 years and this is the first time my Internet went and it only went for a hour I think there fantastic personally they carnt help a nation wide issue please remember people to be polite and patient
