    @SkyHelpTeam next door has had some builders in and my sky dish was obstructing the scaffolding so they attached it to the scaffolding. Just got home, the scaffolding has gone and they have just left my sky dish on the floor? Any advice? As I now have no TV signal

    @SkyHelpTeam Cannot pause two Sky football Channels for some reason, but are able to pause all Sky Sports. I’ve been asking for this since the start of the week, just want to cancel it now, can you get me a phone number to remove it off my service please

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted. I am unable to cancel my BT sports add on package online.Never made it clear when adding it (online), simply said cancel whenever you want, yet you can’t cancel unless you call them, but you cannot get through.Taking advantage of your customers

    @SkyHelpTeam im trying to cancel all services. You have no mechanism that seems to support this right now. It’s a 5 minute call. There’s a 14 hour chat window where you didn’t respond. I tried & you didn’t. To be clear, this is not directed towards the hard working staff.

    @tom_7711 @TU_Munch @SkySports Obviously not as catastrophic but Oxlade had that bad one against Roma in the semi final of the CL in 17/18 which meant he played only 19 mins in 18/19😭 the way he plays aswell, chance he’ll do something again & he was quite injury prone with muscular problems anyway

    @SkyHelpTeam No, that’s the message I get when I call customer service. It has been down since 11am. I have had to take the day off work as I WFH. I need to know what the fault is and estimated times. Your phone line will not let me speak to anyone. When I click on that link I get a blank pg

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve emailed my complaint and to be fair I’ve received a generic response already with the copy / paste button doing all the heavy lifting. I’ll persevere with email for now as I did call and the advisor didn’t even want know my name.
