@SkyHelpTeam submitted complaint and Subject Access Request on 2nd September. Not heard a thing since. Looks like I’ll be going to @ICOnews to make them aware of your failure to adhere to legislation... you had 1 month to comply with SAR!

Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

If you pay for Sky Sports then call 0800 151 2747 and say 'cancel Sky sports' It will ask you if you want to PAUSE your subscription until normality returns. Sports channels remain available. Please Retweet for others that don't realise @SkySports are taking advantage!

Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately the website won't let you downgrade packages (which it should) and I already knew this, so didn't get a support number and your automated phone system just forces you back to the web and hangs up. Once through the call handlers were brilliant.

@SkyHelpTeam So Sky think it's entirely acceptable to install a brand new SkyQ Box for my Dad today and when he reports it faulty they refuse to send the engineer back to sort it and one is not available until Wednesday, what sort of customer service is that?

@SkyHelpTeam Just called sky and spoke to Shaun in customer service. He told me I can’t order sky glass via a retail store and that it would be a few weeks. Just called a local store and they said I could order and have it installed on Thursday. Is there a break in communication?

@SkyHelpTeam Why would you want to prioritise for diamond and platinum customers first. Shouldn’t it be if the customer wants it today if their new to sky they can order it. I wasn’t told by the staff that priority is in place.

@SkyHelpTeam The engineer only had 4 jobs today. Why supply a faulty box? Failed to rectify after a 40 minute reset. You even had the audacity to ask if he wanted to be put though to the cancellations dept. this is not good enough when he is such a long standing customer I'm afraid.
