    @SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

    @SkyHelpTeam ordered sky broadband on the 19th of Jan and still haven’t received any equipment. When I go on mysky account it says nothing. Please help - need broadband for the kids schooling

    If your sky fibre broadband goes down at Christmas DONT expect much compensation. Five days no service and received £3.75 @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam 1mbps download (no not a typo) with 2.4mbps upload, why am I paying for super fast broadband again, I’m really fed up with all the problems with sky lately, out of 15 years with sky never had so many problems that you blame on home set up everytime

    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

    @SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any way of switching off your adverts for iPhones and for what is coming up in the future. They are gut wrenchingly awful and result in the channel being switched off

    @LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

    A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam touch about this. It’s shocking. My contract is due for renewal next month and every time I’ve called to cancel or downgrade I’ve been told I have to wait until 2nd May. I wonder why 👀 …..can someone get in touch about this please. I won’t be paying this bill.

    @SkyHelpTeam It would be nice , took time off work expecting engineer to upgrade my broadband between 8am and 1pm no show phoned just after 1pm was told no engineer needed would be connected externally, now got a notification saying problem with activation not happy.

    @MichaelBensonn @SkySports He didn’t hit his head it’s just bollox. Illegal or legal the push didn’t cause the issue. I like Whyte and fury but Whyte not in fury’s league despite fury looking slower and less good than in the last 2 wilder fights
