Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

I logged on to her account online but of course you can’t reduce your package on there adding more cost ….. no problem. Shameful!
