    @SkyHelpTeam No I’ve been trough this a dozen times doing speed tests and stupid photos of my set up, it is set up the same way it has been for years and it works fine with other providers, I want you to tell me what speed I should be receiving .. dont keep passing me to other people

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe, I contacted both Sky and Paramount. That particular reply was from Paramount+ International support and Sky have yet to get back to me. I don’t know where else to go as the response from them is clearly wrong. Can you please help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Only Sports, but anything else we watch we tend to watch on demand so I wouldn’t necessarily notice problems on other channels. It seems to be extending away from the cricket channel on to the other sports channels quite quickly, struggling for a consistently good picture.

    @SkyHelpTeam still hasnt fixed the issue on skyq where you fast forward over adverts on a recording, and the status bar doesnt auto hide. You have to do the back button thing to make it disappear.
