    @grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

    @SkyHelpTeam 21 minutes into the championship play off game and guess what? Yes, you've guessed correctly. HDR has dropped out again. Had to come out and back in. A disgrace this issue still has not been resolved.

    I have every sky sports channel in HD except Sky Sports News where I have to upgrade even though I already have it.. But I can watch Sky Sports News in standard definition as normal... Wtf Sky? @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Call #1 was most unhelpful. someone else has promised to get back to us tomorrow. We ordered this line on APRIL 26th. This is the first we have heard about the address ‘problem’. We have spoken to the orders team several times over the past 10 weeks. HE IS 83. He is distraught

We fluke a goal in the 2nd minute and do absolutely nothing for the next 118 minutes apart from defend. One other chance on target. We fluked a result against Denmark with a phantom penalty that NEVER was.
