Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?
