    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    @SkyHelpTeam I have never had this issue when on other networks. It's getting stupid and embarrassing! Can't even enable Wi-Fi calling because SKY doesn't support on BlackBerry! Very disappointing.
