    @SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam No I’ve been trough this a dozen times doing speed tests and stupid photos of my set up, it is set up the same way it has been for years and it works fine with other providers, I want you to tell me what speed I should be receiving .. dont keep passing me to other people

    @dean_deanson @Ishields40 @SkyHelpTeam I do think they are overreacting but in Durham we literally have had no Wi-Fi for the whole day and some people work from and need the internet to work and they haven’t even done bare minimum and communicate any progress or what the issue is to us.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - very disappointing call this morning re Broadband order. No contact and had to phone up to be told connection is 21 July, having initially ordered on 10 May and told no significant issues at the time.

    Just wasted most of my morning talking to someone at @SkyUK who kept me talking until someone who could actually help was available, only to then be put on hold and cut off!!!! So much for being a Sky VIP Diamond! Absolutely no benefit of VIP

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband is down in Lincoln and just wondering if you know of any issues in the area? Have tried reseting my hub a few times and to no avail was working fine till now. If ifs an issue any idea when it will be back up?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, it was via the remote. The subscription setting states Paramount + through Sky. My broadband is working fine (ran the diagnostic test), so I don't know what the problem can be.
