    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to two people, neither of whom could sort out the problem. Don’t blame volume of calls, I survived the very lengthy hold period.

    @SkyHelpTeam That the problem was unsolvable! Buy house today but previous owners BB not disconnected until Monday. Therefore impossible for me to rebook appointment until after then.

    @SkyHelpTeam FFS unbelievable jeff. Why don't human beings work on social media other than twitter bots. It's a simple labelling problem. Get a human being to read the message and pass it to the relevent department.

    @SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m not daft - I’ve tried everything before I tweeted - seems to be when there is bad weather - only just moved to fibre and it’s not on - if I give you the postcode surely you can tell if there is an outage

    @SkyUK I’ve just upgraded super fast to ultra fast as part of my renewal. Since, sky internet keeps dropping … is this normal. It’s getting very annoying. About 1 week in, and service is now pretty intermittent - needs sorting !

    @strudledoodle @SkyHelpTeam Totally agree, I’m with sky mobile as well and going to look into getting unlimited data till they fix it as I have to work from home and I’m going to eat through my 8gb that I currently have.

    @SkyHelpTeam What is the update on the outage please. As I am trying to work from home, very difficult with no WiFi, having to use data on my phone which I only have 8gb for the month, surely you should temporarily give me unlimited free of charge while you are fixing this issue??
