    My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

    @sporting_pigeon @richbow9 @SkyHelpTeam Try it wired first. Wi-fi is a very poor technology made even worse by the cheap router providers send out. To save time wait for when it’s poor on Wi-fi. Plug in laptop and check speed again

    @SkyHelpTeam i been using sky go on my pc and being using the beta version but l haven,t really seen many changes aswell the adaptive bitrate is very inconsistent because l can watch other streams and they are a lot better quality without any issues in dropped quality
