    @SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

    My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to get a picture on any sky channel other than the one I’m currently on. All other channels are black screen. Tried running sky q update and switched system off/on again. Help!

    @sporting_pigeon @richbow9 @SkyHelpTeam Try it wired first. Wi-fi is a very poor technology made even worse by the cheap router providers send out. To save time wait for when it’s poor on Wi-fi. Plug in laptop and check speed again

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to watch sky sports on my iPad, clicking log in to watch, but returns me to the same screen after entering username and password. No error message shown. I’m a VM customer and watch on my iPad all the time. I’m choosing the VM log in link

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes this is working however was down for a good 2 hours from 0:00, there was no option for me to report as my parents are the bill holders and were not awake at the time. I heard from a few in my area they had the same problem

    @SkyHelpTeam Not really, about 10 different people at Sky have tried, we have signed a new contract with Plusnet, everything was sorted within a 20 minute phone call, they gave us the service that Sky couldn’t

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam day 12 of no internet. I’ve made countless phone calls to try and get this fixed and have had to resort to taking out a 30 day @virginmedia contract as internet essential for WFH over school summer holidays. Wish I never left them in the first place.

    @SkyHelpTeam To confirm, last night your system showed there was a fault in the local area but this morning your system now says there are no faults. Openreach say there is still a fault. So your system should not be indicating the issue as fixed when in fact it isn’t.

    @SkyHelpTeam That's nonsensical, it's bad for the environment too. I can't set up monthly payments because I have fortnightly paydays. So I pay fortnightly online. You need to make it so that customers can opt out of invoices. For the sake of the planet and our wallet. #skyisnotecofriendly
