A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

@SkyHelpTeam 1mbps download (no not a typo) with 2.4mbps upload, why am I paying for super fast broadband again, I’m really fed up with all the problems with sky lately, out of 15 years with sky never had so many problems that you blame on home set up everytime

@SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

@SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

@SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

@JonnyR95 @SkyHelpTeam Be aware that the actual work on the line is by BT open reach. They are very poor when doing installation for non-bt customers. Sky have no control over their actions unfortunately.

Maybe @skyvegas should consider how their actions have consequences. Just withdrawn all my money from @SkyBet account and will go elsewhere. Also have sky tv, broadband, telephone and mobile. You would think a loyal customer of over 15 years might deserve better @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam is making piracy look real tempting right now if only for reliability reasons. Sky Q repeatedly fails to download episodes and when they do download content I’ve paid to watch is full of adverts. I then use Sky Go as a backup and the quality is garbage.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s okay Lisa I’ve read several reports of other customers having the same complaint and it remaining unresolved so I’m afraid I’m going to have give notice of early termination as I’m still in my 31 day cooling off period. I need to receive calls from @O2 customers
