@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. No I haven’t. In online support I had to deal with a computerised and hopeless computerised chat thingy, which gave up and sent me to a website of sky mobile customers. Some had the same problem but none had a solutions. What is the number please?

For the love of god do not phone @SkyHelpTeam on the weekend. Service levels absolutely atrocious. Kept on hold for 20+ minutes for the operator to come back and tell me to phone back as his computer was slow 😩 #shockingservice #customerexperience

@SkyHelpTeam 1: had a issue phone line over Xmas. Spoke 2 a lady by phone who organised an engineer to sort it out. Also identified I had an old sky router. She said that free of charge she would send out a new version This was on the 27th Dec.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Carol I have been doing that for days it asks me to sign in I do and then it presents pictures to verify that am not a robot! And that goes on and on doesn’t end even if I identify correctly and get a tick. My Sky logo on / account app on my phone doesn’t have mail listed
