    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @SkyWitness have to admit I my wife and I are totally gutted, we have been waiting for #Season8 #ChicagoFire only to find from episode 10 onwards, is there a chance this coming on catch up? This has been an issue with a lot of our programs! Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam your call centres appear to be having the same ‘technical issues’ as our broadband. Please can you sort it asap as I don’t wanna spend my Friday night talking to the other half! PS I’ve tried your online guides & they were terrible

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just reset my box twice and still having the same issue. Stuck on queued stays on 0 then goes back to queued. Same issue as last night

    @Skysports stop going on about Jordan Rhodes. He has never shown his previous form for us - under any manager. He is not a target man , he would be anonymous on the pitch If he was there. We still need a striker because JR hasn’t done anything for us. We wish he would come good

    @virginmedia this service is abysmal.. no one answering calls again, no live chat, how can I fix my problem if no one is available to talk to. We’ve been having issues since 26/10/20.. absolutely crap. @SkyUK we’re on our way

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you - but my whole point is why am I having to chase sky? I appreciate this maybe a BT resourcing issue but I’m a sky customer, i pay you every month not BT so you should be getting this sorted on my behalf and keeping me updated - that is not happening

    @SkyHelpTeam our broadband hasn't worked for 4 days meaning our sky stream also isn't working. Finding it impossible to speak to someone over the phone are you able to help?
