    @SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

    @MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes so I have been told again and again, but that doesn't help with knowing when I should expect to receive it! Your website now says 6-8 weeks? So when will it be? This is unacceptable level of service when no one can tell me anything? I was told I would have had it Saturday!
