    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam it appears so... when logging into the ‘My Sky App’ it didn’t recognise the outage at the time, so we were unsure what was happening and whether you were aware! Fortunately we woke this morning to SF broadband being reconnected again.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have problems with our broadband HD8 . It's not been working properly since your engineer decide you put the router in a room with 2 walls between our main tv . Not connecting at all today .

    @Dickster27 @SkyNews @SkyHelpTeam No they don't. Sky news is a free to air service. It doesn't require subscription. And I'll disagree with you over @adamboultonSKY he's an exceptionally good journalist, as are most of the people there. On this one we'll have to disagree. 🤓

The best option would be to advance the solidarity payments that come from the PL to the EFL to help the EFL clubs get through this crisis and budget accordingly. I think the bigger problem is going to come in the Championship

    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK its been a shambles since I was first ‘welcomed back’ to sky. Numerous calls, promised call backs not happened, all I wanted was a sky q box oh and a call back! Wasted my lunch trying to get through was put on hold then had to hang up! Disgusting

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried reinstalling before and it’s the same. It doesn’t happen on all content- seems to occur less on films. I had to stop watching Billions though as it was so bad.

    @SkyHelpTeam No problems there. It seems to be a programming issue with Sky Go. The subtitles are otherwise fine but sentences keep getting cut off mid way through. This has been happening for many months and it renders some things unwatchable for me unfortunately.
