@SkyHelpTeam Yes and they try and fob you off. You only have to look online and it's plastered everywhere. Your own sky forums have pages and pages dedicated to the problem. Customers raising the issue.

Yet again our @SkyHelpTeam broadband is down and has been since yesterday afternoon. When this happened last week it seemed to come back on, but now it’s happened again it’s getting beyond a joke. What’s the point in paying for broadband when it doesn’t work a few times a month

22 years with @SkyHelpTeam. Last deal was £74/month and now that 18 month contract is up it’s shot up to £107. Phoned up to see what they could do and took a measly £10 off so £97 for another 18 month contract. That’s a 30% increase! So much for being a loyal customer!!

@SkyHelpTeam With all due respect Ellie. If your tech team hasn't resolved the issues in the past 3 and a half years I highly doubt they'll be doing so now. I'll just be cancelling like a bunch of other people . Because there's no customer care with sky .
