    @SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

    I can get every sky sports channel in HD except Sky Sports News wherecI have to upgrade even though I already have it.. But I can watch Sky Sports News in standard definition as normal... Wtf Sky? @SkyHelpTeam
