    @SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to get a picture on any sky channel other than the one I’m currently on. All other channels are black screen. Tried running sky q update and switched system off/on again. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam We now have a problem with our connection over and above the issue. It really is a complete and total joke we upgraded to the top fibre offer because of issues last year which we were told this would solve

    @SkyUK customer experience is abysmal. this is 4th time Ive Been on hold 25+ minutes, twice I’ve been cut off. Your agents don’t listen, cannot converse a resolve instead just transfer you to get rid of you. I can’t even cancel my subscription in frustration as can’t get through

    So 6 months since I ordered tv,phone and broad from @SkyUK to be told today that I can’t have fibre. Shocking service absolutely shocking customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

    @SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

    @SkyHelpTeam 24 hours plus now with no broadband and still claiming tha @WeAreOpenreach are fixing it. As we use sky mobile now is the time to give us unlimited use for the time we have bedn@down. PLEASE JUST SORT IT OUT !

    @SkyHelpTeam ur wifi goes down too much I swear to god. Even when it’s constantly running i get extreme dips in speed leading to me having to use up my data. Really embarrassing please sort your issues out. My household pays good money for this
