@SkyHelpTeam No I’ve been trough this a dozen times doing speed tests and stupid photos of my set up, it is set up the same way it has been for years and it works fine with other providers, I want you to tell me what speed I should be receiving .. dont keep passing me to other people

@SkyHelpTeam Well I’m very unimpressed if after 27 hours you have not sorted it? And just being told it’s an outage?? Is it a cable fail, or is a switching part to blame, is it a “sky” part of the transmission system or a part you share with other providers? What is being done to resolve?

Sky broadband now down for 24 hours. Feel like I've lost my link to the world. Helpline says it 'might be fixed in the next week' and aren't sure when @OpenreachHelp engineers will be out to fix an issue in the local network. All help appreciated @SkyHelpTeam!

@SkyHelpTeam we are having a problem with losing our HD channels regularly - we had a MDU engineer come out from the fibre network, he replaced MDU box and fibre cable and the problem is still happening - they have said it could be a problem with Sky and to contact yourselves?
