    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    Ao @SkyUK says an outage on broadband in my area, but status checker says no issues. No broadband for about an hour so far. No information available as to why. Joyful.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to two people, neither of whom could sort out the problem. Don’t blame volume of calls, I survived the very lengthy hold period.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can I just check there is not additional contract so if I add Netflix, I can have it for the free period of time and then cancel with 31 days notice if I choose to without it affecting my current tv subscription

    @SkyHelpTeam we've always had issues with Sky broadband reaching the office in our house -were told Sky Q would solve the problem & was the only way you'd give us a booster (despite other providers offering them as standard).

    @SkyHelpTeam No, you didn’t. You gave me instructions on how to go in circles online. Giving me a simple number or email on here would help, but you don’t. It’s ok, I’ve sent a cancellation email to any emails I can find, also I sent one on here which is dated so don’t try and get out of it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes massive issues. Our estate of 48 new build homes is totally offline. Since 15:30 yesterday afternoon. I have had to resort to dragging my 2YO out with me before 6.30am to find internet! As a WFH mum this is not ideal!!
