@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam I have lost satellite signal, apps, recordings and catch up. I know my communal aerial is currently not in place after it fell from the roof a month ago but I have been able to access everything else except live TV. Now I can't do anything. Help please.

Yes I’m partisan (and they deserved the win), but regardless of the score I can’t get over how biased that @SkySports commentary was in Oxford’s favour. It was unbelievably weighted towards @OUFCOfficial. Poor research and lack of balance.
