    @SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

    @SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, according to your website my connection is fine however when I use the speed test app by Ookla it says that my connection is that poor that it can't even start a speed test.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is not going to work for me, as I do not use a SkyQ router, I use my own. But the issue is not the internal network, the issue is the connection coming into the property.. and neighbours are having the same issue. It was on the news you had issues?

    @SkyUK you have on the app that there are no known issues in WA3 - after today’s storm and majority of the local town having no phone lines and broadband I’d expect Sky to be more fourth coming with updates …. And as always I can’t get through to speak with anyone for an ETA
