Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

@SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

@SkyHelpTeam 21 minutes into the championship play off game and guess what? Yes, you've guessed correctly. HDR has dropped out again. Had to come out and back in. A disgrace this issue still has not been resolved.

@SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and they try and fob you off. You only have to look online and it's plastered everywhere. Your own sky forums have pages and pages dedicated to the problem. Customers raising the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. My sky box is broken and needs an engineer to replace it. Your tech department are blocked from booking an appointment as your system won’t allow them to due to an error by customer services. I’m told it’s likely to be next week before I have tv. Not good enough at all
