@SkyHelpTeam Yes and they try and fob you off. You only have to look online and it's plastered everywhere. Your own sky forums have pages and pages dedicated to the problem. Customers raising the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam 21 minutes into the championship play off game and guess what? Yes, you've guessed correctly. HDR has dropped out again. Had to come out and back in. A disgrace this issue still has not been resolved.

@Richtbiskitt @SkyUK .I realised just in time, and cancelled my order, when I realised (and they don’t tell you this!) that Sky Glass doesn’t support many third party channels so, if for example, you subscribe to RacingTV, you can’t get it on Sky Glass!
