My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

@SkyHelpTeam keep having internet going on and off, so now no satellite signal being revived turned box on and off again and need to book an engineer which can tak up to five days not really happy when you have a child on school holidays and needs his down time just before bed

@sporting_pigeon @richbow9 @SkyHelpTeam Try it wired first. Wi-fi is a very poor technology made even worse by the cheap router providers send out. To save time wait for when it’s poor on Wi-fi. Plug in laptop and check speed again

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help because none of those options describe the issue we’re having. The box turns on, works for a few minutes and then locks up and we have to turn it off at the wall to bring it back to life. It also won’t connect to other boxes.
