    @SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had slow broadband connection since Thursday so did an online test tonight. Followed your instructions and now have no broadband at all. No engineer till 24th sept and 30 min queue on phone. Service couldn’t be any shitter!

    @sporting_pigeon @richbow9 @SkyHelpTeam Try it wired first. Wi-fi is a very poor technology made even worse by the cheap router providers send out. To save time wait for when it’s poor on Wi-fi. Plug in laptop and check speed again

    @SkyHelpTeam The mini box had no sound last night. The picture is of the main box which I’ve complained about on numerous occasions. There is no programme guide on any of the boxes and that will be the case until I YET AGAIN REBOOT it. I’m sick to death of it. Absolute garbage

    Been with @SkyUK for over 15 years, current renewal is £72, which they've kindly⸮ said they can reduce to £68.50 for us; yet if we were a new customer it would be around £54 🤔

    @SkyUK my internet doesn’t work for my Xbox on Wi-Fi, only works on Ethernet connection, which isn’t doable. Is there anything you can do to help? The router is in the bedroom at the back of the house and the Xbox is the other side of the house on ground floor.
