If your sky fibre broadband goes down at Christmas DONT expect much compensation. Five days no service and received £3.75 @SkyUK

  • mferozc mohammed chopdat (@mferozc) reported from Dewsbury, England

@SkyHelpTeam ordered sky broadband on the 19th of Jan and still haven’t received any equipment. When I go on mysky account it says nothing. Please help - need broadband for the kids schooling

  • Matt_lockwood Matt lockwood (@Matt_lockwood) reported from Hill Top, England

@SkySports British media once again shaming a young English talent!feel for the kid cause he’s not that bad.yea he made a few mistakes but so did the rest of the Liverpool team.I mean, wheres the abuse for Fabinho for giving away a cheap free kick that lost them the game

  • StewForsyth Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam So I'm sorry David, but I've heard all this before and nothing happens. There are engineers ever present on our estate, allegedly fixing faults - please ask them to look at and fix the biggest fault of the lot, our line to the exchange.

  • StewForsyth Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England

@SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to yourselves a number of times, and we've came to the same conclusion each time that it's to do with Openreach's network and the work they did in September 2018. The last direct messages sent between yourselves and I was the 28th August 2020.

  • wolfeysmith Ian Smith (@wolfeysmith) reported from Norton, England

    @AndyOGrady1 @SkySportsPL @SkySports It’s terrible, worst I’ve seen it for years.

  • CTymon Char (@CTymon) reported from Leeds, England

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m having trouble with SMS messages on my iPhone 12. They’re sending x3 but telling me they’re not delivered. I’ve tried online help guides and calling but can’t get through. Can you help please?

  • jimmywood3107 James319 (@jimmywood3107) reported from Dewsbury, England

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

  • StewForsyth Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. has dropped as a result of Openreach's work (they've been out twice in fact). I then had an Openreach engineer out - he also confirmed the line speed was so slow because the line length was ridiculously long for no reason. After that..

  • StewForsyth Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England

@OpenreachHelp Sky @SkyHelpTeam will be able to confirm we've tried this multiple times. It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.

  • GervaseWebb GervaseWebb (@GervaseWebb) reported from Leeds, England

@SkyHelpTeam @TehPipp Poor you. Trying to communicate with Sky at the moment. Absolutely hopeless. Teacher trying to teach a class remotely with no internet. Brilliant work, Sky!

  • Lozd60 Laura Denton (@Lozd60) reported from Thurgoland, England

@SkyHelpTeam 1mbps download (no not a typo) with 2.4mbps upload, why am I paying for super fast broadband again, I’m really fed up with all the problems with sky lately, out of 15 years with sky never had so many problems that you blame on home set up everytime

  • StewForsyth Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. nothing happened, as there's no interest within Openreach to fix the issue. Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).

  • m0apc Michael Brown (@m0apc) reported from Garforth, England

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with broadband in LS25 ? Seems to be dropping sync frequently

  • Spofforth Neil Spofforth (@Spofforth) reported from Leeds, England

@SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

  • underwatergeek Kevin Evans (@underwatergeek) reported from Darton, England

@SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

  • DanielHeath24 Daniel Heath (@DanielHeath24) reported from Leeds, England

@csmithy1 @SkySports Wtf, he actually moved his hand to the ball.

  • mart0777 MrPrice (@mart0777) reported from Leeds, England

@simonfromharlow Well said it's absolutely sh•te. If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out. I'm changing supplier as soon as my contract runs out.

  • StewForsyth Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate it must be embarrassing that your teams have caused such disruption to an estate, but it is your issue to rectify. If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.

  • went57 mb (@went57) reported from Knottingley, England

@SkySports @btsportfootball if u don't get your cameras to watch the game instead of the bench, managers faces etc I'm going to buy a dodgy box and cancel my subscription u useless *****

Sky Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Siphe_Sihle1 Sivuyile09 (@Siphe_Sihle1) reported

@YawDarkwo @SkySports His signaling his intentions to join the Champions, that's not bad it's called ambition

  • Gary_Kidson Gary Kidson (@Gary_Kidson) reported

@daisy_wildsmith @SkySports Poor teams vs other poor teams. Someone has to be the best of a bad bunch.

  • daisy_wildsmith Daisy Wildsmith (@daisy_wildsmith) reported

@Gary_Kidson @ChloesKelly_ @SkySports What Carla was actually saying in the video, is that some top clubs like Liverpool, have the women’s team as a box ticking exercise and get consistently poor results as a consequence. Clubs like Chelsea who don’t treat it purely as box ticking and do invest, see results.

  • Jason4COYS Jason Williams (@Jason4COYS) reported

@Richard_Clark @LastWordOnSpurs @SkySports Just proves how bad Levy and Hitchen are in the window if we are even debating who would start.

  • daisy_wildsmith Daisy Wildsmith (@daisy_wildsmith) reported

@Gary_Kidson @ChloesKelly_ @SkySports Why do we need to form our own teams? It’s not our fault we weren’t allowed to play football for 50 years. And yes Man City men would likely beat man city women. Men and women don’t usually compete against each other in sport. Doesn’t mean the quality between top women is poor

  • FatAmpNadia Nadia Moon (@FatAmpNadia) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I checked because i was watching eastenders and it was buffering every second...i didn't really need a speed checker to know there was an issue. Also what is the life of a wifi box?

  • Gary_Kidson Gary Kidson (@Gary_Kidson) reported

@daisy_wildsmith @SkySports I see clips on the BBC every now again showing 'great' goals. The quality is awful as I said.

  • Hanniba29757400 Hannibal (@Hanniba29757400) reported

@daisy_wildsmith @SkySports Box-ticking. Sky can’t make money on women’s football. The BBC doesn’t. Nobody watches it. Opening a stadium for a few hundred friends & family doesn’t make money. However much the quality improves nobody is interested because it’s nowhere near the men and never will be.

  • YawDarkwo Yaw darko (@YawDarkwo) reported

@SkySports Harry Kane is putting himself on the advertisement board for man city and that's bad for market

  • ChloesKelly_ Lailaa (@ChloesKelly_) reported

@daisy_wildsmith @Gary_Kidson @SkySports bad or upsetting happens to them the entire woso community comes together and sends the player messages whether they are a rival fan or not. That's how much we care
