@SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

@SkyUK sort my broadband out now! The entire tf9 area is out! You are absolutely useless as a broadband provider and should not consider yourself a reliable one! This is the 4th/5th big outage in 2 years. I want compensating as this is not what I pay for!
