@SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Yes is said there wasn’t any issues - it’s not just with bad weather it’s when there’s no rain or wind! It was sunny and still bad signal - signal strength is only 50 and quality is 20
