    @SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

    @SkyHelpTeam 1mbps download (no not a typo) with 2.4mbps upload, why am I paying for super fast broadband again, I’m really fed up with all the problems with sky lately, out of 15 years with sky never had so many problems that you blame on home set up everytime

    @SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

    @LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

    I haven’t had TV signal for a week, my internet goes out at least once a day, and I’m pay over £100 a month for the inability to speak on the phone to an actual human. Just another happy @SkyUK customer watching Netflix and using my 4G right here!

    Bitterly disappointed with @SkyUK @skytv the installer arrived amd in 5 seconds decided could not install, never left me any NOW tv codes, call centre in India them tells me I would have to wait until April for viewing. Would never recommend this service!

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is it drops out every so often now. When I do the test it will show its fine then loses connection!!! Can you see if there is an issue in the area?

    @SkyHelpTeam It tells me I have no issues with my broadband, yet when I connect my phone to my WiFi it drops out another item that's connected. The "Access Point Temporarily Full" seems to be an issue with others online. How can I clear it? (I only have 10 items connected at the moment)
