@SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

With this new "lockdown" with all schools closed, is it not time for free Internet /broadband for all who have children at school so they can continue with their school lessons online? @SkyUK @virginmedia (and all other network providers) many children will miss out due to this.
