Anyone else think games not involving Leeds are slow pedestrian and boring. Arsenal were shocking against City. No belief, no desire and not one shot on target. Happy to lose 1-0 they should challenge for titles but not a chance. They won their cup final last week. @SkySports

@OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@virginmedia But then that would be a fault with the router you provided then. A gig of Internet shouldn't be dropping to the speeds I've been getting, especially when I'm sat directly next to the router. My Internet wasnt this slow or lag so much when I was with @SkyUK at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this multiple times already, did it before tweeting you! It says it’s all fine, I assure you it isn’t, it lags/drops out, for what we pay it’s not good. If you go on the settings page on the sky q box you watch the Network Connection flicker between a tick and a cross.
