@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam Which I already did and because my line speed is 40Mb and I had 20 devices connected this is what you deemed to be the problem. Only issue is even being directly connected to the router with a Cat6 cable on the sky q box the other day we struggled to stream full HD from Disney+

@scottiec21 @SkyHelpTeam I click on contact us and it either sends you in circles, doing menial tests with no option for extra help when they don't work or tell you to go on sky community. Apparently their customers will help.
