I have every sky sports channel in HD except Sky Sports News where I have to upgrade even though I already have it.. But I can watch Sky Sports News in standard definition as normal... Wtf Sky? @SkyHelpTeam

Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

@SkyUK This would only work if you have a box that doesn’t crash several times a day. Had Sky Q for almost 4 years and never really had a reliable service. Can’t tolerate it any longer. Just given notice to end contract. The only thing worse thaN the TV service is the customer service.
