Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

The last direct messages sent between yourselves and I was the 28th August 2020.

I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

I'd rather carry on watching @SuperLeague directly on my TV via SkySports+ than on my laptop, tablet, phone or having to muck around w/ mirroring & casting* *A lot of the older generation probably couldn't work that!
