Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

It’s an abysmal product.

We upgraded to Sky Boost and moved from Q to glass on the advice and promises by @SkyHelpTeam that would resolve the issues but we’ve had constant interruptions in wifi service the last week. Sky service is abysmal these days.
