@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam Im usually do it on my iphone. Through the email app. But its not working on anything. Ive tried doing it on the internet aswell. Im no longer a sky customer but i have the sky email
