@SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

Does appear to RCA back to @SkyUK - access of affected websites through a VPN service resolves normally. However some online banking services might reject transactions due to IP resolutions flagging as false positives on suspicious activity analytics.

@SkyHelpTeam The fact that all night I was getting speeds of around 6-11mbs, even now I'm only getting 17mbs, in a month you've never managed to reach the guarenteed minimum speed of 29mbs and it seems impossible to speak to any human about this
