    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach .. network in 2018. Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

    Anyone else think games not involving Leeds are slow pedestrian and boring. Arsenal were shocking against City. No belief, no desire and not one shot on target. Happy to lose 1-0 they should challenge for titles but not a chance. They won their cup final last week. @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

    @OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, what number can I call for your technical team to discuss an existing issue that I've had Openreach out to look at? I've had a text saying the issue was fixed, however it wasn't and was left unresolved yesterday by Openreach. Thanks!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hopefully! Like I've said before, it's not Sky's fault as they can't do anything on the network. It's not right that I'm having to raise a complaint about a completely separate company with yourselves, as that company won't take any responsibility for what they've done.

    @SkyHelpTeam The only way that can happen is if Openreach come out and do something. Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have that. I pay £25 per month but I do have a signal booster because we have a 3 story house and your wifi doesn't reach the top bedrooms. So can you please answer my question why its cheaper for new customers as I would like to upgrade but I'm not paying £40 per month

    @DevanteDrex @SkySports mixture of all three, pitch is shocking and shouldn't be deemed fit for test cricket, engalnd are poor against spin in general, and india have far better spinners than us but Root got 5-8 and india are good against spin so the pitch is the main reason

    @SkySports Streakers were dealt with by not showing them on TV. That seemed to work pretty good, not giving them the attention they wanted. I wonder if that could have been a good alternative approach to this issue. Or we could just turn off social media completely...
