@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@SkyHelpTeam What I need is a decent router. I tested line online and it says it's perfect. I have to be in a 1cm range of the rubbish router you've given to get a signal.

@SkySports No. Terrible. Common sense has gone. Sanitizing the game beyond recognition. Prem of the 90s was incredible. Intense, hard hitting. This is barely recognizable.
