@FredgoldMartin @SkyHelpTeam @hunny2908 So one part of business is say. I charge the other is “copying and pasting” how do I cancel everything @SkyUK I’ll come back maybe when you have some content to watch.

  • andy17467869 andy (@andy17467869) reported from East Ardsley, England

@SkySports Wouldnt be saying this if safe in league stupid ****

  • Morrissey68 Trevor C Watson (@Morrissey68) reported from Leeds, England

@SkySports The Premier League will not declare the season null and void because then Sky & BT would sue them for a refund of around £4.6 Billion investment it made so financially it wouldn't make sense to cancel the season.Every place in the Premier League is worth millions to the clubs.

  • chrisevison Chris Evison (@chrisevison) reported from Leeds, England

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all those steps. It just keeps referring me to the forum which is full of people with the same issue but no solution.

  • gareth0wen Gareth Owen (@gareth0wen) reported from Leeds, England

@SkyHelpTeam is anything being done to resolve the issues with using @Spotify via #skyq with it crashing and giving you a black screen plenty of threads on forums but no answers

  • CallumTolson Cal Tolson (@CallumTolson) reported from Dewsbury, England

@genesisTimM @SkySports @karren_brady Going down with the Villa.

  • eddiesLeftFoot Mark (@eddiesLeftFoot) reported from Ossett, England

@FaxBrony @SkySports It’s just a slow burn method of shutting up shop & attempting to void the season. Drip drip drip of problems even when answers have been given so they can yank up the drawbridge. Up to Sky & Bt as ultimate paymasters to stop em doing that....

  • chrisevison Chris Evison (@chrisevison) reported from Leeds, England

@SkyHelpTeam I get a blue screen saying something like the channel is unavailable due to a connectivity issue

  • marklovegrove AR53NAL and 435 others (@marklovegrove) reported from Dewsbury, England

Was going to keep @SkyUK movies and sports and not bother pausing, but got home tonight and subs going up and only signed up in November, good job I added sports and movies separately after install cancel anytime, **** pausing, cancelling

  • dickyyorkshire Richard Harvey (@dickyyorkshire) reported from Leeds, England

@Forest19771 @TC38534491 @SkySports NHS staff aren’t getting tested, that doesn’t mean they’re not available. That’s another topic. If the clubs want it to happen, then clubs will have to strip back & it will be essential staff only. The number of games to be played in the timescale is the least of the issues

  • andy17467869 andy (@andy17467869) reported from East Ardsley, England

@SkySports Are you ******* blind he never touched it ..he lifted his legs to avoid it ..and you wankers get paid for this ..its an own goal simple get a ****** grip

  • mickipadgett Micky Padge (@mickipadgett) reported from Dewsbury, England

@FaxBrony @paul_warrand @Fi3ld23 @SkySports Calm down Bundesliga had 10 positive tests results. Now these players are isolating there will be zero players with covid training tomorrow. Tests done twice a week to minimise risk. Safest working environment on earth.

  • dconway73 damian conway (@dconway73) reported from Dewsbury, England

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to organise an additional sky mini box but can’t find anything in the sky app/website help please

  • marsh1981 Craig Marshall (@marsh1981) reported from Dewsbury, England

@SkyHelpTeam No worries thanks. Understand these are difficult times. I just thought if you were running a limited service. That option should be made available.

  • StewForsyth Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We purchased Frozen 2 when it came out and downloaded it to our Sky box. We've just went to play it and it doesn't work. It goes to a blue screen, but nothing happens. It's a bit disappointing as we now don't have the HD version we paid for to watch.

  • kingybbb John Hession (@kingybbb) reported from Gildersome, England

@SkySports Phillips is hands down better than all. Those midfielders listed there

  • Jigga64 Lethal J 🇯🇲 (@Jigga64) reported from Leeds, England

@___hm_xo @thundercat_mb @SkyHelpTeam Ok so basically the BT lines have to be shared between companies so even though your neighbours have it you may not cos the lines are maxed out it’s really stupid tbh

  • VeltaMaguire Velta Maguire (@VeltaMaguire) reported from Skelmanthorpe, England

@hanfox312 @SkyHelpTeam At least we know it's a general Sky problem and not our boxes

Sky Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Ash_5896 Ash (@Ash_5896) reported

@SkyUK So what happens if you have an issue with Wi-Fi?

  • RealMectrex2014 Mectrex (@RealMectrex2014) reported

@Travman9507 @cmsdloma @SkyUK Or sky could just launch a subscription service like Netflix and sort out all these issues.

  • Gibbsa Andy Gibbs (@Gibbsa) reported

@BrianDRobertson @SkyUK Will it allow UHD in multiple rooms? My biggest issue with Q, while an excellent product, is that UHD is only available where my STB is - not where I am or where I want to watch the GP or PL. Move the box I hear you say - same issue! I'd like UHD multi-room please!

  • Mirrors90 Steve (@Mirrors90) reported

@SkyUK Which HDR formats does it support

  • benjaminlfc Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported

@steve5424 @SkyUK That £62 does cover the tv as well and it does appear the pucks are for other rooms so effectively the tv replaces the main Q box and the pucks are the new mini boxes. One of the big issues will be buffering

  • muggybonehead 𝔸𝕟𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕟𝕪 ℍ𝕒𝕝𝕝 (@muggybonehead) reported

@SkyUK What a stupid stupid idea. I’ve already got a tv and so has everyone else. What about just a streaming box? Is there a separate streaming box?

  • chrisholme1983 Chris Holme (@chrisholme1983) reported

@SkySports So even without the covid impact they would have still lost over £200m. I know FFP was suspended but come on guys, ****!

  • paul_walker7 Paul Walker (@paul_walker7) reported

    @SkyUK Wtf is this.

  • CKablooie CalvinKablooie (@CKablooie) reported

@SkyUK At the moment when it rains, No service. Why not introduce an App like you have in Germany so it can be IP on any smart TV? Most of us do not need a new TV, most would like a dish free box or app. Just another way to milk more money, will now be leaving Sky

  • MrCcracker Benjamin Blackburn (@MrCcracker) reported

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I was wondering what time would be best to call the customer service team about renewing my contract? Because I've called, went through all the automated questions to be told that the team is in essential training.
