    Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

    @grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    @SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?

    @SkyHelpTeam what about Canterbury? How come tons of people I know with sky are perfectly fine yet I got told there’s an outage in my area of canterbury and that it won’t be fixed till tomorrow. Which isn’t great as we need it working from home to pay bills.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I upgraded to SkyQ last year. Engineer was arranged. I called Customer Services about a week before they were due and asked for 2 mini boxes instead of just one. The advisor told me the engineer would have several on the van and to ask for an extra one...

    @blyth_sean @SkyHelpTeam Ours went down at 4/5am this morning and we’ve been without it all day. Got told we’d have to wait 10 days for an engineer until we questioned this and now got one coming out tomorrow between 8am and 1pm. Not great when it went out last week as well for a few hours

    @SkyHelpTeam additional £50 for another box. I explained the situation and was put through to the technical team where I sat on hold for a further 25 minutes. 45 mins all in all just for a mini box that I was told at upgrade I could have for free. Can you help, please?
