A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

All while they're here every day connecting up houses and fixing their network.

Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).
