@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

I’ve just realised that my old subscription to the SkySportsLeeds channel has now been transferred over to the joint package of SkySportsBrentford & SkySportsWatford, who appear to be on @SkySports every freaking week now! Any way I can cancel this subscription ??
