    @SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to yourselves a number of times, and we've came to the same conclusion each time that it's to do with Openreach's network and the work they did in September 2018. The last direct messages sent between yourselves and I was the 28th August 2020.

    @SkyHelpTeam There's no point in another Sky engineer coming out as everything is the same as the past two times they did. It's all on Openreach, and they're just not interested in fixing the network for any of us on our estate.

    If your sky fibre broadband goes down at Christmas DONT expect much compensation. Five days no service and received £3.75 @SkyUK

    @OpenreachHelp Sky @SkyHelpTeam will be able to confirm we've tried this multiple times. It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam So I'm sorry David, but I've heard all this before and nothing happens. There are engineers ever present on our estate, allegedly fixing faults - please ask them to look at and fix the biggest fault of the lot, our line to the exchange.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. nothing happened, as there's no interest within Openreach to fix the issue. Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).

    @SkyHelpTeam It's the exact same story with fibre to the flats on the estate - they either ignore us, or come up with another excuse as to why they have to delay doing anything about it and then ignore us again. All while they're here every day connecting up houses and fixing their network.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm not doing this just for my flat - it's for every flat on our estate. They cut all of us off and reduced all of our speeds. And they could do the same tomorrow if they wanted, as they have full control of the network. It's just hopeless.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. has dropped as a result of Openreach's work (they've been out twice in fact). I then had an Openreach engineer out - he also confirmed the line speed was so slow because the line length was ridiculously long for no reason. After that..

    @simonfromharlow Well said it's absolutely sh•te. If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out. I'm changing supplier as soon as my contract runs out.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate it must be embarrassing that your teams have caused such disruption to an estate, but it is your issue to rectify. If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

    @SkyHelpTeam @lucygrxce I have no broadband for 2 days now. I have done tests, 0.62 download, 0.98 upload. Worst broadband ever. I want to speak with someone in the broadband team but you are really clever about hiding those phone numbers. Do you have a number for me? Either broadband or cancellations..

    Our #skybroadband is down again. Second time in two weeks. Last time was for six days. Appears to be an ongoing problem affecting the area. @SkyHelpTeam and @OpenreachHelp show no interest in fixing the problem. We pay serious money for this service. What ********'s going on?!

    Does anyone else find that their Sky Q box has started recording random things & adding them to series link all on its own? e.g. It's just started recording Autumn Watch whilst I was in the other room having my dinner! I've never watched it & have no interest in it! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I received an email offer from SkyVIP: 4 weeks free movies and then £5 a month for up to 6 months no contract. The link doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to Sky tonight who offered 2 months free then £11 a month which is more expensive. Can u help?
