@Jazzlouisejones @SkyHelpTeam Hahaha I’ve had a case for mine for weeks! I spoke to Sky today (after 20 mins on hold) and they said if I haven’t had that text saying it’s been pushed back to 8/10 I should have mine tomorrow (sorry) still been an awful experience though

@SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

Come on @SkySports you’ve got the resources to put these red button games on the same as any normal game. One camera, one commentator, no replays and SD picture is very poor. I love retro but nobody wants #TheBigMatch back from the 70’s.

Finally got through to @virginmedia to cancel. Apparently it takes longer than normal as theyve just put prices up. Oh and day 7 of no broadband but dont worry it SHOULD be back on by 17th Sep. Role on october with @SkyUK

Spent 77min yesterday talking to @skytv about an issue with a mobile account, was passed between 5 people with no idea how to help, one person passed me on to broadband. Last guy seemed to be getting somewhere but when all failed he said he'd ring today. He didn't! @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam ITVX is the worst. Often when my wife watches Coronation St on catch-up, after the interval we get a black screen and have to repower the puck to continue watching. BBC on catch-up has a problem starting some catch-up streams and watching live tv on C4 it often rewinds a second.

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried everything I can think of. The playlist is unusable at the moment. I have no problems watching Amazon tv on my firestick or when I use YouTube. It even happens when it is the only device connected to my router.
