And they could do the same tomorrow if they wanted, as they have full control of the network. It's just hopeless.

It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.
