    @SkyHelpTeam issues with my WiFi. Have tried everything online advises. Unless I stand over the router I can’t get a signal anywhere else. Just changed from BT to Sky and far from happy. Can’t find a number to call either!!

    @SkySports at a time when seemingly our governments let us down the biggest institutions should be leaders. You do lots of good but this was piss poor. It’s better to stand for something than nothing.

    @SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

If the clubs want it to happen, then clubs will have to strip back & it will be essential staff only. The number of games to be played in the timescale is the least of the issues

    @SkyHelpTeam Heather, its nothing to do with anything but sky, an hour or so later it was fine. It keeps happening, and when you call these exact same things keep being suggested to avoid sky owning up to what there doing. I’d love sky to let us out of the contract as the service is pathetic

    @SkyHelpTeam @Loz82xx Laura the problem isn’t with Sky (and I’ll add you pay for the live TV broadcast not recordings which are included free of charge) its that you can’t use your TV correctly. Select the correct time in TV Guide or set up a series you muppet

    Honestly, @SkyUK is easily one of the worst companies for support and customer service, especially considering the cost
