-
Kathryn Griffin (@misskg91182) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Your line testing wasn't working this morning...I've spoken to your call staff (v helpful) but was hoping to check if there was an outage in my area?
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam So I'm sorry David, but I've heard all this before and nothing happens. There are engineers ever present on our estate, allegedly fixing faults - please ask them to look at and fix the biggest fault of the lot, our line to the exchange.
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam I've done all of that I'm afraid and had Sky engineers out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..
-
Ryan Foster (@brian_ryan81) reported from Knottingley, England@RichardRigby81 @SkySports Damn! Not part of my CV, got no chance now!!
-
Karen Walsh (@kaw7676) reported from Normanton, EnglandIf your sky fibre broadband goes down at Christmas DONT expect much compensation. Five days no service and received £3.75 @SkyUK
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. has dropped as a result of Openreach's work (they've been out twice in fact). I then had an Openreach engineer out - he also confirmed the line speed was so slow because the line length was ridiculously long for no reason. After that..
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. nothing happened, as there's no interest within Openreach to fix the issue. Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam I think this has been with your own complaints department (not that it was a complaint against Sky, it's not your fault, just that they could talk to Openreach), but even they couldn't get anywhere.
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp Sky @SkyHelpTeam will be able to confirm we've tried this multiple times. It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.
-
Gavin Hoban (@gavinh_yh) reported from Wakefield, England@SkyHelpTeam my sky tv picture is all pixelated like something is causing interference? Is this a National issue?
-
Kathryn Griffin (@misskg91182) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam any advice as to why my broadband is down in north Leeds? And why your "test my connection" service also not working?
-
Ryan Wilson (@rywilnot) reported from Darton, England@SkyHelpTeam broadband this week has been shocking. Following the help and test in the app says all is well (funny that). Not really sure what I’m paying for. Back to @virginmedia
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi, what number can I call for your technical team to discuss an existing issue that I've had Openreach out to look at? I've had a text saying the issue was fixed, however it wasn't and was left unresolved yesterday by Openreach. Thanks!
-

-
Scott Eaglen (@ScottEaglen) reported from Ouzlewell Green, EnglandAnd the award for worst commentary team of the season goes to @SkySports for this Leeds game.
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I was just wondering if your tech team made any progress with Openreach regarding improvements to the existing copper line on our estate? @OpenreachHelp are taking no responsibility (as usual...), but it's their network that's causing the slow speeds.
-

GreyFrame (@BobMorris1963) reportedI keep saying this Like refs cannot appear in games of teams they support, it should apply to commentators like Neville and Smith. You love winding up your watchers by having them on those games or main oppositions like Neville - City or Smith - Spurs @SkySportsPL @SkySports
