It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.

I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.
