Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.

Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).

This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working.
