It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Their attitude appears to be that it isn't their fault and they've refused to take any responsibility since. We've tried everything to get our network improved but we're getting nowhere.

Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).
