@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

@grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

I can get every sky sports channel in HD except Sky Sports News wherecI have to upgrade even though I already have it.. But I can watch Sky Sports News in standard definition as normal... Wtf Sky? @SkyHelpTeam

Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?

@SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

@sycophanticsimo @SkySports They say all this after bad results. The only times we have lost by more than 1 has been scum (where I just think we weren't ready having better players at the Euros did us) Liverpool (who will be top 2 with ease) and this last week where we know the reason we are bare bones

Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

@Boyer316New @SkyHelpTeam Who is your broadband provider? I have my main box connected via ethernet and then a WiFi booster plugged in my room. I've had a couple of issues but minor ones with box upstairs freezing. This has only been since they gave me an HDR enabled box.

@SkyUK is the worst internet hands down when I first got it I was usually 0-10 ping 24/7 with like 50-80 mbps and now it’s ******* constant packet loss constant 200 ping and only 4 mbps the longer I have the internet the more **** it gets wtf

@SkyHelpTeam I understand your frustration people but give sky a break they are trying there hardest to find and fix the broadband fault they cant do no more people are quick to blame the ISPs in this case sky but sometimes its beyond there control it will take time but they will fix it ASAP

@traceydalanno2 @SkyHelpTeam The issue they have is a DNS issue with there servers. I’ve manually overwritten my on my phone and laptop to Google’s and works perfect. Took me about 5 minutes to work out but they can’t for some reason even though they make millions
