It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..
