A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out. I'm changing supplier as soon as my contract runs out.

If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.

And they could do the same tomorrow if they wanted, as they have full control of the network. It's just hopeless.
