All while they're here every day connecting up houses and fixing their network.

It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy
