It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.

If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out. This issue is unfortunately bigger than that and relates to the network in our area. Openreach arrived in 2018 to upgrade us all to fibre, but instead added a couple of houses to fibre, ignored the flats and reduced..

If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.
