@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@OpenreachHelp absolutely shocking service! Moved in 1 September, BT said that installation of broadband would be in 2 weeks, didn't happen, had to do a new order, that didn't happen, guess what, third didn't happen. Enough of BT, went to @SkyHelpTeam who said will be installed

@AlexRic79797880 @SkyHelpTeam @ThreeUK I’ve had my mobile with them for 5 years with no issues. There’s a 5G mast 300 metres away and I regularly get over 250MB download speeds on my phone. For £10 a month home broadband, even if it’s ****, it’s got to be better than the service I’m getting with Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Lainy. With respect, asap would have been the beginning of the week. If it’s not fixed today, nothing will happen until next week will it..? That will be 9 days and counting… Please get in touch with Openreach to find out when they plan to fix…
