All while they're here every day connecting up houses and fixing their network.

It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. The last direct messages sent between yourselves and I was the 28th August 2020.
