It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.

Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

I’ve been within service for weeks and now engineers are just cancelling appointments well within the time they’re due. For the amount we pay, this is a joke!
