    @OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

    Anyone else think games not involving Leeds are slow pedestrian and boring. Arsenal were shocking against City. No belief, no desire and not one shot on target. Happy to lose 1-0 they should challenge for titles but not a chance. They won their cup final last week. @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey, I rang up last Thursday about@my broadband being down and I was told you would send someone out, it’s now Wednesday the following week and I still have nothing. My internet was only activated last Wednesday so I got ONE day of internet. Not a good look.

    @SkyHelpTeam Issue will be fixed in a bit. There is an engineer working on a neighbors house and had to switch off the circuit for a bit. Would’ve been good to know beforehand, then I could’ve adapted.
