It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).

Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out.
