nicola broadbent (@nbroadbent) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.
-
Scott Woodthorpe (@ScottWoodthorpe) reported from Castleford, England@SkyHelpTeam I don’t receive a message. The brightness that HDR delivers has been dropping on-screen. A Google search looks like it could be a common issue with Sky Q

-
Daddy Roman (@captaintsu) reported from Whitley, England@RealSoupyTwist @SkyUK Funny enough the whole **** is plastic...including the screen
-
Kevin Evans (@underwatergeek) reported from Darton, England@SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(
-
Damian Kinsella 🇬🇧 (@damokinsella82) reported from Carcroft, EnglandSeriously @SkyUK my broadband is down for 18hrs, and you can only manage to give me 2gb data for the inconvenience. It’s like giving someone a fiver. What can you get for £5 these days 🤪 #datagift #skymobile #sky
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam I think this has been with your own complaints department (not that it was a complaint against Sky, it's not your fault, just that they could talk to Openreach), but even they couldn't get anywhere.
-
Martin Hopkins 😎 (@hoppo07) reported from Wakefield, England@pokeefe1 @SkySports Souness still saying Regulin is a poor player 🙈
-
Paul Newbegin (@paulnewb) reported from Normanton, England@SkyHelpTeam Today. The information I got today was complete crap so apparently a manager is calling me back- not holding out much hope
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. has dropped as a result of Openreach's work (they've been out twice in fact). I then had an Openreach engineer out - he also confirmed the line speed was so slow because the line length was ridiculously long for no reason. After that..
-
Char (@CTymon) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m having trouble with SMS messages on my iPhone 12. They’re sending x3 but telling me they’re not delivered. I’ve tried online help guides and calling but can’t get through. Can you help please?
-
Emma Smith (@emmasmithjourno) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.
-
Dudley Doright (@LuciDavies) reported from South Milford, England@SkyHelpTeam do you have an estimate of when the internet issues will be fixed - I need to let work know when I can work
-
DJ (@DanJowitt) reported from Leeds, EnglandThe game is going down hill quickly because the gane isn't getting any promotion. This isn't just @SkySports fault to be fair @TheRFL need to start standing up for the game properly.
-
Craig McGrath (@craigymac83) reported from Leeds, England@dukesof16 @SkySports Absolute hero of that cup run never forgotten #bcafc
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. nothing happened, as there's no interest within Openreach to fix the issue. Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate it must be embarrassing that your teams have caused such disruption to an estate, but it is your issue to rectify. If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.
-
Matt lockwood (@Matt_lockwood) reported from Hill Top, England@SkySports British media once again shaming a young English talent!feel for the kid cause he’s not that bad.yea he made a few mistakes but so did the rest of the Liverpool team.I mean, wheres the abuse for Fabinho for giving away a cheap free kick that lost them the game
