@SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@SkySports Notsure tbh, i really like him, nowere near the finished article! He needs to work on his positoning and his attacking play, paticularly his crossing! For a modern day full back his crossing is awful.would like another RB to come in and challenge him the way telles did to shaw!
