@SkyHelpTeam That’s already been done and I was told someone would be out to fix the fault at the exchange box, and I would get a text message to confirm when the work had been done, still no text message and still no internet

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. My home wifi isn’t working. On the broadband box all the circles are green however whenever I attempt to connect to the wifi it says that the network is unavailable. This happens on all my devices and on my siblings devices as well

@SkyUK The worst broadband by a long stretch. Wi-Fi drops out at least twice per day. Constant buffering on streaming services. My second and third boxes constantly freeze and epg always has channels missing. Get told to reboot and reset broadband box and nothing changes. Sh#t%

@SkyHelpTeam @sophb66 It certainly isn’t. It’s a very poor substitute to being able to stream what you want under the thousands of WHOLE series available on ITVX e.g we are watching Doc Martin from the beginning as never see before but only get 2 progs a week atm! ITVX would be whole series on tap.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - we have been advised by Openreach that they provided an update on the AB22 issues to Sky yesterday at around 1630 - any chance of sharing it with the customers that have been without the service they are paying for since the end of JANUARY!!
