    @SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

    My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

    @sporting_pigeon @richbow9 @SkyHelpTeam Try it wired first. Wi-fi is a very poor technology made even worse by the cheap router providers send out. To save time wait for when it’s poor on Wi-fi. Plug in laptop and check speed again

Fans from the likes of Leeds and the shite from sty giving it large is the best part. ***** had us down fo relegated last Christmas back to league 1 and they still don’t learn!     @Mrpud2u @SkyUK If I added up the number of hours Ive spent ******* about with the connection between the Q box & mini box and every time it goes down, it would add up to about a week of my life that I’ll never get back! Shocking considering the amount we pay for unreliable tech. 😲😡

    @SkyHelpTeam We now have a problem with our connection over and above the issue. It really is a complete and total joke we upgraded to the top fibre offer because of issues last year which we were told this would solve

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyUK I find it unacceptable that this has not been resolved ASAP during a lockdown when shielding and working from home. Our neighbours were asked if there was any loss of service while the engineer was on the job but we were not asked and are now paying the price for human error 2/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah. I’ve called up, spoken to rude staff & been told they won’t file complaints until the bill has been paid even though I said in December the rise in the price of the bill would be too much for me after loosing a job. I have online university and I’m unable to complete it.

    Does anyone get broadband and tv from BT @bt_uk If so a. What is their product like b. What is their customer service like. I am totally dissatisfied with @SkyHelpTeam and their efforts to upgrade my broadband. I also have a Sky Q upgrade booked.
