@SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

@SkyUK customer experience is abysmal. this is 4th time Ive Been on hold 25+ minutes, twice I’ve been cut off. Your agents don’t listen, cannot converse a resolve instead just transfer you to get rid of you. I can’t even cancel my subscription in frustration as can’t get through

@SkyHelpTeam ANOTHER deadline missed. On 30th Jan I was promised that the problem would be fixed on Feb 1st and I would have confirmation of this. Hear we are, the 1st has come and gone and still no WiFi and no communication. ANOTHER day lost of homeschooling/working and NO communication??!!
