@SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam it appears so... when logging into the ‘My Sky App’ it didn’t recognise the outage at the time, so we were unsure what was happening and whether you were aware! Fortunately we woke this morning to SF broadband being reconnected again.

@SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, why are none of the apps on my SkyQ box working? Have worked through the help steps on your website and still have the issue. Sky TV works but not YouTube/Netflix/ Prime etc. All just suddenly stopped working.

@SkySports It’s the whole English structure that is the problem, this has been coming for years! Total disregard and none funding of our county game. This is the result unfortunately. Unless drastic actions are taken, only going to get worse.😢 so sad if you have no interest in 20/20..
