    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to complain about your service. Your operator has just added Sky HD and I repeatedly asked if it would cost more and was told no. Then at the end of the call was told it would cost extra after 31 days and he said he couldn't remove it.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s already been done and I was told someone would be out to fix the fault at the exchange box, and I would get a text message to confirm when the work had been done, still no text message and still no internet

    @Skysports stop going on about Jordan Rhodes. He has never shown his previous form for us - under any manager. He is not a target man , he would be anonymous on the pitch If he was there. We still need a striker because JR hasn’t done anything for us. We wish he would come good

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just reset my box twice and still having the same issue. Stuck on queued stays on 0 then goes back to queued. Same issue as last night

    Anybody wishing to cancel @SkyHelpTeam contract be prepared for a long haul. 4 hrs and 3 different people, 2 different systems and a 30min break through in. It seems like a system to make you end the call and forget about it. Its pathetic. I await part 2 tomorrow.
