@SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam it appears so... when logging into the ‘My Sky App’ it didn’t recognise the outage at the time, so we were unsure what was happening and whether you were aware! Fortunately we woke this morning to SF broadband being reconnected again.

@SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

@SkyHelpTeam No broadband again 3 days so far, over a week at the beginning of December and it’s the box having problems. Avoid @SkyUK as customer service is horrible. Sent a dm not sure if the will ever respond or be able to resolve the issue.
