    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

    @SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

    A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

    @SkyHelpTeam yet again the internet is down, I have no idea what I’m actually paying for anymore super fast fibre and then boom slower internet, a different problem every other week and then blame it interference at home erm no it has been fine for the past 20 years !

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any way of switching off your adverts for iPhones and for what is coming up in the future. They are gut wrenchingly awful and result in the channel being switched off

    @SkyHelpTeam 1mbps download (no not a typo) with 2.4mbps upload, why am I paying for super fast broadband again, I’m really fed up with all the problems with sky lately, out of 15 years with sky never had so many problems that you blame on home set up everytime

    @SkyHelpTeam you still having broadband issues? High latency all day, low speeds (~12Mb where we normally get upwards of 50) and now totally down. S75 postcode, FTTC off the Darton exchange. Online help says we need an engineer on the 8th of Jan. :(

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam and @virginmedia . Was streaming a TV show via my phone (Virgin Mobile) last night as I fell asleep. Seems my Sky broadband connection dropped out about 1am, as my mobile data was completely drained & I've been charged for going outside my allowance. Help please!

    @SkyHelpTeam all I wanted to do was cancel BT sport. Took ages to find a number. After 22 minutes I have a completely different package which apparently no longer includes ultra hd. As it happens I think ultra hd is rubbish. Your customer service is why I won’t have yr broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Are you able to confirm that there was an issue in my area overnight that resulted in my WiFi dropping out? Because I am being charged by Virgin Mobile as a result of that, which I don't think is particularly fair?! I also now have no mobile data left until the 26th May..

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with sky over 8 years every time I call the customer services they are always helpful and polite and they always go out of their way to make sure the problem is sorted! Good to see at least one supplier being nice and treating customers fairly!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Ellie. It’s just strange that my neighbour is getting 35Mbs with sky. Openreach aren’t interested as I don’t currently have a service provider and can’t contact them without one but would have liked to have gone with sky. Just can’t sign up to a contract at suck slow speed
