    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to two people, neither of whom could sort out the problem. Don’t blame volume of calls, I survived the very lengthy hold period.

    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

    @SkySports Proved everyone wrong with his great ball distribution, kicked the ball out of play every 2nd kick and made a number of passes into terrible danger. Can’t catch a ball and punches it out or spills it under no pressure whatsoever. Stones, Walker and Maguire made him look good.

    @SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m having issues with my Sky Q remote control when accessing the Guide menu. There seems to be a delay. I have replaced the batteries, but no improvement. Can you send a replacement? I am a diamond VIP customer. Thanks Steve

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I've just started using a Sky Glass TV. The remote is not working. I've tried several new batteries. Completely dead. I've tried everything. Luckily I have a second remote for the puck which I haven't connected yet but will need both soon. Please advise asap.

    @SkyHelpTeam What use is this when you're testing the line and it says all is ok? The connection just keeps dropping off every 10-12 minutes...there is no issue in house or with any of the hardware. It's your connection to the exchange.

    @SkyHelpTeam These outages only affected #SkyBroadband though, people with another provider (Openreach network) who connect via the same exchange remained online. It was a Sky specific issue, not an Openreach issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam what will it take for you to fix a phone line with a loose connection outside? This has been going on for weeks!! It’s no point paying openreach for maximum of 15 minutes to change internal socket only.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I understand that, but the price was for BT as well, my bill has been what was quoted for Sky Sports & BT. It just wasn't on my bill as two separate things. Now BT is gone. There are people on your sky forums with the exact same issue.
