    @MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

    @SkyHelpTeam can only speak to a bot in the private message. I've had this issue for months . Sometimes the WiFi keeps going off over a full day. Tried online troubleshooting including moving router to the source line. Think the router is faulty

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I've followed your troubleshooting and it's an external fault, engineer is booked but still 3 days later not fixed. As a engineer myself I would be very upset if I hadn't fixed something in 3 days and wouldn't expect to be paid.very poor service.

    @SkyUK ...hie I need my broadband cancellation. For two months I’ve paid for a half or less the service. After weeks of being passed around and ignored. I want u to cancel my subscription as your ignorance is led me to have to do that
