My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

@SkyHelpTeam I am fed up of my broadband dropping! This is now a regular occurrence!! Numerous calls, following the steps, etc. and still no joy!!! And the amount I pay a month for the service is a joke!!!!

@davman1971 @SkySports @SkySportsNews That’s one side of the story I got into cricket watching it on bbc but without the milions pumped into the game by Sky over the last 20yrs the England team would be no where near a World Cup final & we would probably down to 6 first class counties.
