    @TravelRanter @SkyHelpTeam Technically they're calling it UHD. But the quality is terrible. They've lowered the bit rates the last 6 months to cram an extra UHD stream on and also user cheaper production companies. Never been UHD

    @SkyHelpTeam seems we now can't get any catch up TV from the 4 network. Just get a spinning loading icon thing and never able to get anything. Using the all4 app on my smart tv works fine. Internet fine. Just the apps on sky

    @SkySports coverage of rugby league at catalan camera angles are amateur ,can't see plays because zoomed in or so far away . Hard to watch ,why so poor compared to UK coverage ?

    @SkyHelpTeam It's still happening and It's 100% not an issue with the device as it works fine when not connected to wifi and works fine if I use a VPN!as I stated in previous message I know this happened before where people couldn't download apps or watch youtube and was an issue your end
