@SkyHelpTeam No I’ve been trough this a dozen times doing speed tests and stupid photos of my set up, it is set up the same way it has been for years and it works fine with other providers, I want you to tell me what speed I should be receiving .. dont keep passing me to other people

@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@MisterTurtIe @SkyHelpTeam We have the main sky Q box and 3 sky mini boxes and this is issue becoming more regular, despite there being no broadband issues, AND our broadband is Sky too. It took 45 mins of to’ing and fro’ing into each room last night on my night off work!

@SkyUK Unless you've got sky broadband which means you keep dropping signal , have to turn box on & off 5 times a day to reset n when you report it get told won't send an engineer cus it's not their problem. . Happy days .
