@SkyUK I’m not happy with your price increases so called to cancel as I know my consumer rights. But Just had a lass blatantly lie to me saying I can’t leave. Then her manager said same and nothing I could do, so I demanded it was escalated and someone other than them ring 1/3.

@SkyUK Spoken to @SkyHelpTeam on phone- managed to reduce monthly bill by £10:50 +all HD channels+Eurosport channels in HD. Had to have Kids package(£5)initially but can cancel that in next 31 days to reduce it a further £5! Special mention to James in ‘value’ department @SkyUK

Rain knocks out Sky signal. Broadband, also from Sky, working fine, so of course I can stream the footie on my phone. But I can’t cast it from my phone to the telly because reasons. But hey, I only pay £100 a month for something that gets taken out by water. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to them a number of times. They keep talking about an engineer being booked to fix the issue. It gets fixed for an hour then cuts out again. This is an absolute nightmare.

Terrible from @SkyHelpTeam no engineer turns up today to sort supposed superfast broadband, no phonecall, when get through to someone on phone they put me on hold to magically get put through to the TV dept, ring again and no help whatesoever. Awful service!

@Daveeee20x @gigidygigidygo @SkySports I dont think it was a foul on Salah. They give fouls for much softer things though. Especially in the box, if salah was in the box and he gets pushed and falls over its a pen But where Fulham is concerned, it was never a pen.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah but no update as usual. My whole life on hold because the internet gets fixed for an hour at a time. How's that any good to any one ? Just ridiculous. Obviously the issue is known otherwise it wouldnt have been temporarily fixed at all.
