    @SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam : I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max that was received on 13 Nov. VIP customers were to receive a 10Gb data boost but I have not had this added to my piggybank yet. Are you able to help please?

    @virginmedia this service is abysmal.. no one answering calls again, no live chat, how can I fix my problem if no one is available to talk to. We’ve been having issues since 26/10/20.. absolutely crap. @SkyUK we’re on our way

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any way of switching off your adverts for iPhones and for what is coming up in the future. They are gut wrenchingly awful and result in the channel being switched off

    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

    @SkyHelpTeam It's the Sky+ app. Like I said, on the Play Store, there are lots of 1 and 2 star reviews in recent weeks with people saying the app can't find their box now. Some say it happened after upgrading to Android 11. I have Android 11. I had no problems with it when I was with EE.

    @SkyHelpTeam It won’t pause properly, it won’t always access sky cinema, the WiFi keeps dropping despite my router having very strong signal and all other devices are fine

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam I’ve contacted you 3 times and apparently my case has been allocated to a manager who is supposed to be calling me back! Still heard nothing. No internet for over a week now! Terrible service.

    @tunzz @SkySports It shouldn’t be the players decision. It should be the decision of the medical staff in attendance. Just of the opinion that what is a good idea will be abused. Much like players going down holding heads as they know play will be stopped.

    6 phone calls later and I still can't get @skytv to re activate my multi room. All they want to do is sell me new equipment! So frustrating like talking to a wall. Latest agent just leaving me waiting in silence for minutes on end 😩😫 shocking customer service ! @SkyHelpTeam
