I can get every sky sports channel in HD except Sky Sports News wherecI have to upgrade even though I already have it.. But I can watch Sky Sports News in standard definition as normal... Wtf Sky? @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

Just got off the phone from @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam awful experience. I have good broadband from #sky but only in one room. I called to get a booster and was advised I would need to get the tv package. So my monthly repayments would increase from 55 to over 100.Calling #Vodafone

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband been on/off for 24hrs now in Flintshire. Varying speeds from Nothing to 100mb max when paying for 900mb. Wifi not working either; Hub not assigning IP addresses or dropping devices constantly. What’s going on?!! Showed major outage yesterday but clear now.

@SkyHelpTeam An engineer is coming out to switch me to a different provider in 2 days and they are not charging me for it. There is no excuse for you creating a two tier system to fix a service that we already pay you to provide. It's just scummy profiteering.
