    @SkyHelpTeam work away a lot and every time I come back I can’t connect to catch up I press the wps button as it states to connect to broadband but always says there’s been a problem . You know the feeling when you wonder what your paying for when it never works. Yep that feeling

    @tyreboy2 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Think twice.. I've had virgin for years excellent..but since the intelligent upgrade can't connect in bathroom n upstairs. When i phone they said I need boosters..n so did the app. Purchased no change. Family n friends have same problems.. it's a minefield outthere..

    @SkyUK Spoken to @SkyHelpTeam on phone- managed to reduce monthly bill by £10:50 +all HD channels+Eurosport channels in HD. Had to have Kids package(£5)initially but can cancel that in next 31 days to reduce it a further £5! Special mention to James in ‘value’ department @SkyUK

    @SkyUK customer experience is abysmal. this is 4th time Ive Been on hold 25+ minutes, twice I’ve been cut off. Your agents don’t listen, cannot converse a resolve instead just transfer you to get rid of you. I can’t even cancel my subscription in frustration as can’t get through

    @SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

    @OnlyTommyyy @SkySports I'm complaining about the fact your player went down better than Tom ******* Daly, that he moved the ball 5 yards back from the so called foul. 5 mins was long enough for time wasting so why 7 was played is bollocks. I'll take the point but shud have been all 3

    @jdg2310 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Currently in the same boat. Intermittent internet for the last 6 months. Now have an engineer coming out in 2 weeks. No idea how im meant to wfh in the meantime! The customer service has been shocking.

    @Stewartwhite20 @SkyHelpTeam @ITVXhelp No, they didn’t. It just won’t launch by 8th December. Sky have a 3 week pause on launches in December so it’ll likely be available on Q in the new year. Don’t worry though, you’re not missing much. It’s pretty much just ITV Hub with a new look. Still crap.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why would I change router when the service is so poor? I daily have to hotspot my laptop so i can work as the broadband and phoneline goes off for 20+minutes, you can almost set your watch by it.
