@SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam it appears so... when logging into the ‘My Sky App’ it didn’t recognise the outage at the time, so we were unsure what was happening and whether you were aware! Fortunately we woke this morning to SF broadband being reconnected again.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadbands absolutely terrible at the minute and has been for a while, averaging 3mbs download speed and it’s been similar since we started our contract yet I can go on compare the market and you’re offering average speeds of 59mbs in my area... what am I missing

The best option would be to advance the solidarity payments that come from the PL to the EFL to help the EFL clubs get through this crisis and budget accordingly. I think the bigger problem is going to come in the Championship

@SkyHelpTeam Would be nice if a new hardware revision of the SkyQ 2TB was released! On our 3rd replacement and it still suffers from the issue of crashing with a green status light, and needing to turn off/on at the mains or into standby and back out to fix. Must be an open Defect for this.

Update from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam regarding my broadband. Just had a message saying they’ll need another couple of working days to try to get information. That’ll be 10 days down at least. If you’re thinking of becoming a @SkyUK broadband customer, please don’t.
