    @SkyHelpTeam when I changed to Sky Q when it first came out I was told by Sky that I needed Sky Protect to cover any issues with the boxes. My sister had Sky Q installed yesterday and was told Sky cover any repairs because the equipment is leased. Why wasn’t I told this?

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue with my broadband started at 5pm yesterday! Yet your help page took over 6 hours to update with an outage issue.. leaving me to think it was only my broadband at fault! Poor service from sky! Not what I expected to pay for!
