    @SkyHelpTeam so, my sky Q box is HDR compatible, my TV is HDR compatible and set to HDR, so why can't I play HDR films, saying 'this content is not available on this device' I have updated my box, still no joy, help!

    @SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m having issues with my Sky Q remote control when accessing the Guide menu. There seems to be a delay. I have replaced the batteries, but no improvement. Can you send a replacement? I am a diamond VIP customer. Thanks Steve

    Ao @SkyUK says an outage on broadband in my area, but status checker says no issues. No broadband for about an hour so far. No information available as to why. Joyful.

    @SkyHelpTeam FFS unbelievable jeff. Why don't human beings work on social media other than twitter bots. It's a simple labelling problem. Get a human being to read the message and pass it to the relevent department.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

    @claudelittner @SkyUK Sorry to hear this Claude and even sorrier to read how Sky do try to keep your prices down, how flexible they are, how much value they’ve added to products and obvs their ‘top tier’ cust service so as to justify such diabolical price increases 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam any update on the redditch smallwood area? No broadband or phone line for 5 days with absolutely no update or any reason given for this issue? Using 4g hotspotting to get online for work but data becoming low.
