@SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

@OpenreachHelp Hello, I’d really like some help. Your engineer was supposed to come on Wed (second visit), to connect us. No engineer came. @SkyUK says the job is still showing “open” so cannot ask you what’s wrong. We have vulnerable people in the house, and I cannot work.

@SkyHelpTeam I just had a call from 01512164985 claiming to be sky. Can you confirm that it isn't? I just hung up because they claimed there was issues with the broadband which we haven't noticed.
