@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@SkyUK We've tried this, and had to send it back. No recordings, the picture was a bit poor for us and also there'd be no TV if our Internet goes down (which is everyday in our house!). We love the idea of no box but it isn't right for us at the minute.
