@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

@SkyHelpTeam If I do or not is a moot point, it’s an area wide issue and lots of elderly people do not have mobile phones. If the fault is not ours why should we spend all our time chasing it? For a help team I don’t think you understand the word help!

@SkyHelpTeam I also have boosters, and I tried adding one or two on for the worst affected part of the house and it made things worse and also affected the tv (the issue not fixed for over a year).

@SkyUK No mine, has my @O2 mobile beside it, because right now I get a better connection over wifi hotspot to that, than I do over my piss poor wired connection provided by you! #bad customerservice

@SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, my Sky Broadband was connected 8 days ago. I appreciate that speeds may vary for the first 14 days, but I’ve had 35mbs everyday since it was connected; never gone up or down. It falls well short of the minimum guaranteed speed of 52mbs.
