@SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

@DaveWimblePhoto @SkyHelpTeam It’s been flaky for a few weeks now but today is abysmal. Trying to get through to someone is a nightmare. Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

@SkyHelpTeam do you have issues in the PL1 area? Our router Internet light keeps going blank and then to orange and then to green. Stays for a min or two and then repeats. I've power cycled the router as well.

@SkyHelpTeam please help! Ive been without connection to internet all day. Sky Q works but can’t connect any devices Xbox’s, iPhones etc. Have reset numerous times &checked connections,waited patiently for it to magically work again. Do you have a suggestion as to what I do next?
