Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

@SkySports Poor discipline and poor finishing was to blame for arsenal losing that game. I think they deserved a pen but that doesn’t take away from the poor mentality. Lots of teams don’t get pens when they deserve one but the utter collapse despite playing well is on them!
