@SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

@SkyUK why is it so impossible to get in touch with your team? You customer service is so difficult to get hold of. I would like to cancel my sky as it’s so unreliable and I can’t even get hold of someone to do that!!!
