    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam That the problem was unsolvable! Buy house today but previous owners BB not disconnected until Monday. Therefore impossible for me to rebook appointment until after then.

    @grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

    @TravelRanter @SkyHelpTeam Technically they're calling it UHD. But the quality is terrible. They've lowered the bit rates the last 6 months to cram an extra UHD stream on and also user cheaper production companies. Never been UHD

    @eurofootcom @SkySports You could see this coming a mile off over the last few seasons. Europa league winners smoked screened the real problems. The signs were there, incompetent stupid decision after decision. Wrong appointment after wrong appointment. Medical staff called out. Board deserves it.

    Now @SkyUK is putting ads into live news in the @SkyNews app, we’re reviewing our need for a #Sky subscription at all. It’s become ridiculous when breaking news has an ad interrupt it. If I switch out to the home page & back again I’m forced to yet again watch a Maltesers ad. Enough is enough.

    Abomination. PL needs to make a rule that penultimate games must be play in Sat and Sun. It’s the final home game for half the league. Cancelling @SkySports and never going back. Shameful and greedy. I hope the relegation battle is all wrapped up before that fixture.
