    @theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

    @MartinSLewis Dreading it as I’m on 80%, but my gym have paused monthly payments, @SkyHelpTeam have paused my SkySports, So that frees up a small amount. First thing I’ll be paying is my rent, Council tax payments I have made a decision to pause that, and my Help to Buy ISA payments also

    @SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been through all this and had an engineer out previously. It’s a firmware issue on the router which you know about and have not yet fixed! It’s all over your forums. Throwing the router in the bin now it’s useless.
