Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

@SkySports Poor discipline and poor finishing was to blame for arsenal losing that game. I think they deserved a pen but that doesn’t take away from the poor mentality. Lots of teams don’t get pens when they deserve one but the utter collapse despite playing well is on them!

@benmcfc03 @SkySports Regret logging onto twitter. Managed to avoid it all day yesterday for reasons like this. Football media are and incredibly biased and it will never change. But who's the real winner? Us, the real fans of the best team in the world? Or the media teams sulking in their sleep. :)
