    @SkyHelpTeam Had worst few days going back and forth trying to cancel my sky mobile contract as it's in cooling off period and had to send emails Ring numerous times and live chat and it's not been dealt with yet Awful customer service and wouldn't recommend

    My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

    @Booth_royd Football has been dying since @premierleague & @SkySports collaborated. From TV coverage, you’d think only 20 teams existed Cash needs to flow downwards not trickle. I’ve no interest in PL footy, but I’d subscribe to a L1/L2 @SkyFootball channel if it existed/funds filtered down

    @thumpermaxie He’s partially right. The Premier League is a billion pound industry & more @SkySports money etc should trickle down to Leagues 1 & 2 as these clubs can’t survive on attendance money alone. With out rich backers quite a few will go out of business in the coming years.

    @SkyHelpTeam DNS ISSUE! What exacly is going on on your end?? Got your service installed just for 4 days ago as a new customer and yesterday I have been unable to use some apps on my phone to finally realise it is your auto DNS from the router causing this. Now it affects my husband as well!

    @SkyHelpTeam To be clear, it’s not at my end. The DNS server it’s trying to reach doesn’t respond when I direct a dnsclient to it. Other DNS servers do respond. I’ll ditch Sky DNS servers on the devices I can and the reboot hub when necessary for others. Easy fix for you.
