    My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam Had worst few days going back and forth trying to cancel my sky mobile contract as it's in cooling off period and had to send emails Ring numerous times and live chat and it's not been dealt with yet Awful customer service and wouldn't recommend

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is broken. Was made to do online line test; told to call. Robot lady did same line test. Was told to wait. 15 mins later, overseas call center did same line test and then, surprise surprise before speaking again hung up on me. Is this acceptable? Advice?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah the advisor this morning was a massive help. The advisor last week when this was first reported was lacking in how to book an appointment out. 8 days of terrible broadband. Can you send me your complaints address please.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing helpful. We've done all the tests and changes, and switching channels, moving the router and resetting the box, and resetting the system, had 12 engineers out to "fix" the problem as well as purchasing an additional booster. Something else needs to be done!

    @SkyHelpTeam I expect outages. However, there’s been no update. No acknowledgement that a work order has been scheduled to resolve. I didn’t even get an email confirming an issue has been raised. It’s these bits that cause more frustration
