    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

    @SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

    @SkyHelpTeam ‘Still having issues’ !!!!!! Phone call incoming tomorrow the service is not fit for purpose unless sky or bt get to bottom of issue which is outside of / not on our property given all other tests, visits and complaints.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did that... as I already said! It tells me to call a line that's automated and tells me I need an open reach engineer visit which will take place in several days... it gives me no further information about the issue, no details of when to expect an engineer is on my app!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam in what way would this terrible excuse of a help section help? Test my connection? How? When I can't load a webpage when the internet drops, and there are no problems when it is working. And there is no option to speak to someone or book someone who knows things

    @SkyHelpTeam We have sent emails, phoned many times, the problem is the engineers they seem to not want to do the job, didn’t turn up for the first installation date, I waited in 5 hours! Second time came 5 mins before the estimated arrival time between 12-5pm and said it
