    @SkyHelpTeam Just tried that - it say ‘no service’ in the settings bit after turning flight mode off, but nothing on front screen. My son’s iPhone, next to me now, shows a full signal!

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said, the problem seems to have gone away for now. Next time, we'll follow these steps again, find there's nothing wrong as usual and then contact you on twitter again to try and convince you that there is a wider problem.
