@SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

@grahamm30392424 @SkyHelpTeam I'm not best pleased to recieve an email today telling me my #skyglass order can't be delivered tomorrow as planned. I now have to wait till Tues to recieve my order, this isn't the best customer service is it, taking a day off work for the privilege.

@SkyHelpTeam SKY TV, your engineer couldn’t give us the box because there’s a problem with the communal dish. So don’t have sky tv at the moment, I was hoping to call to get sky to use on my PS4 for the meantime until it’s sorted..
