    @SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam No I’ve been trough this a dozen times doing speed tests and stupid photos of my set up, it is set up the same way it has been for years and it works fine with other providers, I want you to tell me what speed I should be receiving .. dont keep passing me to other people

    @SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we’re in the process of switching to Vodafone from Sky for broadband. We agreed a termination date of the 27th March with Sky however engineers have just installed our new service today so I wondered if the cancellation can be brought forward?

    @virginmedia awful customer service. Our new 360 box keeps getting errors and you can’t do anything other than reset the box! Lost all our recordings on two occasions and now our box says it’s full even tho there are no recordings!!! Can someone actually help or do @SkyUK want us

    @skudlooking @FabrizioRomano @SkySports VAR has actually made decisions worse. At least before, you'd be frustrated about wrong decisions but it was down to human error from seeing an incident once at full speed. Now more errors are being made despite having numerous camera angles and replays, its just incompetence.
