@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

@SkyHelpTeam 1/2 So utterly disappointed with the lack of Customer Service. Signed up for Sky on 25 March. Set up arranged for 3 May. Engineer unable to complete set up due to insufficient signal. Tier 2 will be with us by the end of the week. Nothing happened and no call.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, the service status has now updated to recognise the issue with our local broadband. It appears to be due to a problem with the exchange which has been ongoing since Friday night. Do sky know if this expected to be fixed later today or tomorrow?
