@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

@8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam I'm getting 80 d 20,and it nothing to do with home network,this affects other ppl and knocks off when really bad. plus when you switch off all wifi and only have one dev connected via Ethernet to router and it still happens even at 2am+. So I have done everything,ports IP etc

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve asked that they raise a #complaint, to be told at first there is no point as #Sky ‘doesn’t work like that’ i.e. pausing a contract mid term! I insisted, even tho he kept telling me there’s was nothing anyone could do differently. How is ‘pausing’ for 3 months such an issue?!

@SkyHelpTeam Even if I’m standing next to the broadband box, the wifi doesn’t work on my phone or laptop. And I’m paying a lot monthly for tv entertainment and Netflix when your prices online are all half the price! Been a loyal customer and I pay more each year

@SkyHelpTeam You sky used my cancer battle against me by trying to get a case closed because I had to give it up due to really bad health (cancer treatment) I opened a 3rd case and the adjudicator stated sorry your boy has cancer WTF I have always stated it was me going thru cancer
