    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @DaveWimblePhoto @SkyHelpTeam It’s been flaky for a few weeks now but today is abysmal. Trying to get through to someone is a nightmare. Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

    @SkyHelpTeam absolute disaster of a Home Moving service. 3 separate call backs over 4 days since we started the process only for it to fail at your end each time! No wonder people use illegal fire sticks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have you any idea how hard it is to get to speak to an actual person? Recorded messages that just hang up. I get that these are unusual times but with half the country working from home right now this service just isn’t good enough. 😖

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is very slow and barely usable, I tried to call, got a recorded msg & a text link, I’ve followed the steps in the link, it says there’s a fault & gives another number to call. But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

    @Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it was over the phone. I have also emailed the app support to which they say uninstall etc but the same thing comes up saying we don’t have a subscription

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason - issue with that site is that it says everything is perfect. Which it is… when it’s connected. But it constantly drops connection - and that site doesn’t give me an option to say, no it’s actually not fine. So how do I book an engineer when the site says it’s all ok?

    @SkyHelpTeam Tony, I searched the Help Guides and reference points and none provide anything on the error code that was displayed to me on my Glass, I then engaged your team and I’ve still not had guidance on what the error code means and what the root cause of my UX was. Can this be shared?

    @John14591459 @MackemNeil84 @ga11agbon In what... 2007? He was gone just after 2 years and was poor at Ipswich. There is a reason he has been working on Skysports for a good period of time. Maybe if he changed his ways and learned some people & man management skills, he might be good proposition for football clubs.
