    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is very slow and barely usable, I tried to call, got a recorded msg & a text link, I’ve followed the steps in the link, it says there’s a fault & gives another number to call. But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Have you any idea how hard it is to get to speak to an actual person? Recorded messages that just hang up. I get that these are unusual times but with half the country working from home right now this service just isn’t good enough. 😖

    Hate it when clear corners get missed, it happens in the prem so so often which is infuriating given the 1001 cameras! In addition whilst ranting, the rule that never gets followed - keepers holding the ball for 15/20 seconds. #PremierLeague #skysports

Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes I am, and when I called sky call centre and there is a message that there is outage in my area (i guess based on my phone number) and suggestion to let me know when it’s ended. It doesnt help much though, that’s why i was hoping maybe you know more.

    @SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!
