@SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

Just rang @SkyUK to take the items off my package I don’t use. After them trying to persuade me to keep the products I don’t use and trying to ‘find me the right price’ I gave up, said thankyou & cut the phonecall off. Come on @SkyUK what kind of customer service is that?????

@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

Hate it when clear corners get missed, it happens in the prem so so often which is infuriating given the 1001 cameras! In addition whilst ranting, the rule that never gets followed - keepers holding the ball for 15/20 seconds. #PremierLeague #skysports

@SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

@Girlwithvoiceuk @SkyUK Almost everyone uses BT Openreach for the last mile, except Virgin where they have physical cable in the ground. The backhaul from your exchange may be dedicated to your provider or shared infrastructure. So it's much more about customer service. Only move for that or price.

@SkyHelpTeam No phoneline or broadband for us or neighbours since storm on Fri, the pole and cable is down and lying across the road yet Sky say there's no issue! Not paying for an engineer when it's clearly not our fault!

@SkyHelpTeam Great when no issue. As soon as there is an issue radio silence. Only provider not back up and running after recent storm issues. Electric - Back. Water - back. BT Internet - back. Talk talk internet - Back. Sky internet NOTHING and automated message saying it’s not working🤬
