Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is very slow and barely usable, I tried to call, got a recorded msg & a text link, I’ve followed the steps in the link, it says there’s a fault & gives another number to call. But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

@thumpermaxie He’s partially right. The Premier League is a billion pound industry & more @SkySports money etc should trickle down to Leagues 1 & 2 as these clubs can’t survive on attendance money alone. With out rich backers quite a few will go out of business in the coming years.

@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

@SkyHelpTeam hi sky, your website has stated that there's an outage in my area (RM11) since 10am. Still same on website. I am concerned as I'm away for two days therefore all my Nest and hive products are not working. I have security and safety concerns with my house.
