@Booth_royd Football has been dying since @premierleague & @SkySports collaborated. From TV coverage, you’d think only 20 teams existed Cash needs to flow downwards not trickle. I’ve no interest in PL footy, but I’d subscribe to a L1/L2 @SkyFootball channel if it existed/funds filtered down

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

@DaveWimblePhoto @SkyHelpTeam It’s been flaky for a few weeks now but today is abysmal. Trying to get through to someone is a nightmare. Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

@SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is very slow and barely usable, I tried to call, got a recorded msg & a text link, I’ve followed the steps in the link, it says there’s a fault & gives another number to call. But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

@MichelleOwen7 It’s hilarious. Cheering coming through after the action has happened. Someone at Sky needs to press the canned noise buttons quicker😂 It’s just like watching a training session with the empty stands. If this is the ‘new norm’ @SkySports please can I cancel my sports package!
