  • PhillipLL Phillip Lloyd (@PhillipLL) reported from Scotter, England

@Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

  • pclaridge77 Paul Claridge (@pclaridge77) reported from Crosby, England

@GNev2 needs a MUTE button. Ex-Pros should never commentate on their ex club, might as well ask OGS in tonight game. @SkySports sort it out, we want neutral punditry.

  • SiobhanBren Siobhán Brennan (@SiobhanBren) reported from Thorne, England

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is very slow and barely usable, I tried to call, got a recorded msg & a text link, I’ve followed the steps in the link, it says there’s a fault & gives another number to call. But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

  • MrsAKnott Amie Knott (@MrsAKnott) reported from Thorne, England

@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

  • ryanelvin RyanElvin (@ryanelvin) reported from Thorne, England

Super Sunday can well and truly **** off! Bore fest without fans. As fans we should all cancel @SkySports and @btsport and see what happens. ******* Dogshite the game is ruined as it is

  • SiobhanBren Siobhán Brennan (@SiobhanBren) reported from Thorne, England

@SkyHelpTeam Have you any idea how hard it is to get to speak to an actual person? Recorded messages that just hang up. I get that these are unusual times but with half the country working from home right now this service just isn’t good enough. 😖

  • SaundySaunders Danielle Saunders (@SaundySaunders) reported from Hatfield, England

@SkyHelpTeam I have no WiFi and have been through the options to fix it and it’s still the same

  • SiobhanBren Siobhán Brennan (@SiobhanBren) reported from Thorne, England

@SkyHelpTeam I’m having trouble making and receiving calls. Appreciate from the announcement that there’s an issue right now, any idea on how long it’ll be before it’s fixed?

  • aclarky82 AC (@aclarky82) reported from Scunthorpe, England

@SkySports can we talk about how good @SpursOfficial were today and not how bad United were? You know a balanced report??? #ManTot #COYS

  • nickbussey1 Nicholas John Bussey (@nickbussey1) reported from Crowle, England

@SkyHelpTeam Finally. Some acknowledgement. 2nd time this week total loss, not good for us in healthcare, also Sky mobile signal has dropped to 1 bar & 3G instead of 4G... DN17

  • SiobhanBren Siobhán Brennan (@SiobhanBren) reported from Thorne, England

@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I know I’m stupid with technology but that doesn’t sound like a very good idea. 😂

  • SiobhanBren Siobhán Brennan (@SiobhanBren) reported from Thorne, England

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

  • johnnhendo Face in the Crowd (Pubs Open !!) (@johnnhendo) reported from Bottesford, England

@SkyHelpTeam have you still got issues in the DN16 area ? No internet here

  • markdonnyiron Mark The Donny Iron (@markdonnyiron) reported from Doncaster, England

@MichelleOwen7 It’s hilarious. Cheering coming through after the action has happened. Someone at Sky needs to press the canned noise buttons quicker😂 It’s just like watching a training session with the empty stands. If this is the ‘new norm’ @SkySports please can I cancel my sports package!

  • MrsAKnott Amie Knott (@MrsAKnott) reported from Thorne, England

@SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

  • SiobhanBren Siobhán Brennan (@SiobhanBren) reported from Thorne, England

@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

  • jimmymac0110 Jimmy McNeil (@jimmymac0110) reported from Messingham, England

@chrisyb879 Should apply for a job on @SkySports kid All about how poor United were...

  • ryanelvin RyanElvin (@ryanelvin) reported from Thorne, England

All football fans should ring @skytv @SkySports and @btsport and cancel their Subscription this weekend. They will soon change their minds. Absolute disgrace charging £15 a game. Football is dead #LetFansIn

  • SiobhanBren Siobhán Brennan (@SiobhanBren) reported from Thorne, England

@DaveWimblePhoto @SkyHelpTeam It’s been flaky for a few weeks now but today is abysmal. Trying to get through to someone is a nightmare. Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

Sky Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • blaz_fan Hotspur Blaz (@blaz_fan) reported

@Yorkshire77 @ItsRandall26 @SkySports We haven't been kicked out The 6 clubs chose to leave and they can all easily just **** back off in the pre decided to punish Like it or not the big 6 have all the power

  • ObiWanKenimbis Nim (@ObiWanKenimbis) reported

@LeoGardner19 @PAttacking @SkySports Rangers shafted HMRC for 91m, the super league never even got off the ground. Lay aff the glue

  • katie_ford Katie Thirkell (@katie_ford) reported

@SkyUK just had a call saying I needed to download a ‘quick support’ app to fix my internet speed. When I said no I didn’t want to and he could send it in a letter he questioned why I wouldn’t and hung up. Pretty sure it’s a scam but might be worth letting people know.

  • yorkshabastard LimaSierraTwoSeven (@yorkshabastard) reported

@MikeFit09263299 @SkySports Think you're kidding yourself tbh but each to their own. What difference do the fans make with 3.5 billion and the Asian market with no loyalty who would still "support".

  • james5555522 james5555522 (@james5555522) reported

@Fecomnet @SkySports Dont mean any offense here but in Nigeria that might be the case and I get that. But we have huge clubs like Newcastle, Villa, Everton to name a few and clubs all the way down to the 3rd teir with 10k plus attendance I'm sure we would be just fine mate.

  • geethreedeebees The Goose (@geethreedeebees) reported

@yorkshabastard @SkySports It’s questionable whether they did break any PL rules, given that the Super League only seemed to exist on a website and in press conferences - all you have in a memorandum of understanding between clubs on a new competition. Can you ‘enter’ a competition if it never took place?

  • LennyJones26 Lenny #FSGOut (@LennyJones26) reported

@yorkshabastard @SkySports They did after and were refused, so they dropped out, so does that mean rules broken, who knows, I hope they do get punished even though I support one of them.

  • M1919Matt MattM1919 (@M1919Matt) reported

@AlexScouse13 @SkySports Being rich doesn’t mean your above the law. The punishment should fit the crime and be something that money can’t fix and enough to deter. Transfer ban, points deduction. 2008 Luton were docked 30 points for breaking 2 rules. Leeds 25 points before that. What’s the difference?

  • cafc_shaun Shaun H (@cafc_shaun) reported

@KojoBabatunde @SkySports Breaking every conceivable PL rule in the sun by signing a contract without informing the other members or the governing body? Wake up and smell the coffee no need for a different narrative, they need to be punished and heavily so events like this never happen again.

  • RG42069 RuDeAwAkEnInG42069 (@RG42069) reported

@SkySports He means it will save the **** show that is Real Madrid through his own doing, spending hundreds of millions they obviously dont have.
