    @SkyUK on my second sky q box in 6 months and still got lip sync issues which never had on old HD+ box what is going on I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years and never had so many issues with a box

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to watch sky sports on my iPad, clicking log in to watch, but returns me to the same screen after entering username and password. No error message shown. I’m a VM customer and watch on my iPad all the time. I’m choosing the VM log in link

    @SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

    @SkyHelpTeam Had worst few days going back and forth trying to cancel my sky mobile contract as it's in cooling off period and had to send emails Ring numerous times and live chat and it's not been dealt with yet Awful customer service and wouldn't recommend

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with my WiFi. Have tried everything online advises. Unless I stand over the router I can’t get a signal anywhere else. Just changed from BT to Sky and far from happy. Can’t find a number to call either!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi , I have Sky talk anytime , we moved house in December and the landline crackles badly , we’ve just bought new house phones but the issue is still there , is this something that Sky can sort or is it a BT issue Regards Tony

    @SkyHelpTeam I will be calling Monday to cancel contract. Unacceptable as everything in house relies on WiFi. All you ever get is a response asking you to fix it yourself or follow troubleshooting steps. I don’t pay for a service to run it myself
