    @SkyHelpTeam why do you make it so difficult for anyone/everyone to contact you. I’ve had no ITV coverage all weekend and apparently I’m not the only one. I keep getting directed to some discussion forum which is more than useless. Rubbish customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam been told I’ll get a call back last week……. Still waiting and apparently the team dealing with your mistake cannot be contacted??? Seeking advice from the ombudsman seems my only option now! DO NOT ORDER FROM SKY MOBILE THEY WILL NOT HELP IF THEY GET IT WRONG!

    @SkyHelpTeam 😡 I reported no landline and broadband service on Fri. Was told an engineer would be out today. No engineer, no service, no one at sky will give mean update. I'm oversees and no one will talk to husband at home. Appalling service. Will not be renewing. Avoid

    I've been listening to silence for about 10 minutes now as part of a 52 minute call to @SkyUK to get the broadband and TV deal advertised as "new and existing" customers. This would be shoddy any time, but one day before end of contract it's careless and extremely rude.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't know. I've never been given info on setting one up. It shouldn't be hard to get an update on such a big service outage, especially given how essential broadband and even phone are. Terrible

    As if things couldn't get worse for me. The next door neighbours have scaffolding up and it's blocking my satellite dish from picking up @SkyUK signal. Now I can't even watch TV! I give up!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just had one of the most patient loveliest advisors on the phone Kevin his name was (I think) he was so helpful cannot want any more as a customer to have such helpful advisor hope he gets recognition for his hard work
