@SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

@SkyHelpTeam Had worst few days going back and forth trying to cancel my sky mobile contract as it's in cooling off period and had to send emails Ring numerous times and live chat and it's not been dealt with yet Awful customer service and wouldn't recommend

@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

@SkyHelpTeam I did that on Tuesday and have heard nothing since. Everything from my work, entertainment, alarm system to my lights and vacuum cleaner rely on connectivity. I only just swapped to Sky and this is not good. I"m tempted to cancel.
