    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

    Not enough paying for a season ticket n probably not gna get to watch a game all season and paying for a @SkySports subs I’m now expected to pay £15 a game for selected PPV games....whoever has decided that....go **** yourselves 🖕🖕

    @mowglib @SkySports I agree, offside is offside whether it's 1mm or 10m BUT the issue here is a) the area of arm the line is drawn differs from 1 player to the other & b) you cannot know if the defender the other side of PB is further back. It's pure guesswork. So the onfield decision should stand

Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is very slow and barely usable, I tried to call, got a recorded msg & a text link, I’ve followed the steps in the link, it says there’s a fault & gives another number to call. But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

Lastly its a domestic service so it gives you no rights to WFH as there is no SLA for that. Therefore if its down you need to either get into the office or stop moaning

    @SkyHelpTeam I think it’s important sky address this issue….read the reviews on sky glass, it’s a common issue. Sky shouldn’t be selling tvs that are not fit for purpose
