-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England
@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam So I'm sorry David, but I've heard all this before and nothing happens. There are engineers ever present on our estate, allegedly fixing faults - please ask them to look at and fix the biggest fault of the lot, our line to the exchange.
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England
@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. nothing happened, as there's no interest within Openreach to fix the issue. Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).
-
GervaseWebb (@GervaseWebb) reported from Leeds, England
@SkyHelpTeam @TehPipp Poor you. Trying to communicate with Sky at the moment. Absolutely hopeless. Teacher trying to teach a class remotely with no internet. Brilliant work, Sky!
-
mb (@went57) reported from Knottingley, England
@SkySports @btsportfootball if u don't get your cameras to watch the game instead of the bench, managers faces etc I'm going to buy a dodgy box and cancel my subscription u useless *****
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England
@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam .. has dropped as a result of Openreach's work (they've been out twice in fact). I then had an Openreach engineer out - he also confirmed the line speed was so slow because the line length was ridiculously long for no reason. After that..

Karen Walsh (@kaw7676) reported from Normanton, England
If your sky fibre broadband goes down at Christmas DONT expect much compensation. Five days no service and received £3.75 @SkyUK
-
Char (@CTymon) reported from Leeds, England
@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m having trouble with SMS messages on my iPhone 12. They’re sending x3 but telling me they’re not delivered. I’ve tried online help guides and calling but can’t get through. Can you help please?
-
MrPrice (@mart0777) reported from Leeds, England
@simonfromharlow Well said it's absolutely sh•te. If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out. I'm changing supplier as soon as my contract runs out.

Dean Carroll (@dcarroll100) reported from Leeds, England
@bt_uk terrible service - moved from @SkyUK to get improved connection and you have again failed to connect me to broadband! We need to work from home and are now being told you can only come out in January! @SkyUK will you have us back?!
-
Karen Walsh (@kaw7676) reported from Normanton, England
Just gone to fibrebroad and it’s rubbish. Connection gone down over Christmas @SkyUK
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England
@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate it must be embarrassing that your teams have caused such disruption to an estate, but it is your issue to rectify. If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.
-
Adrian Thear (@Saintade) reported from Haxby, England
I see the two @skysports studio pundits for the Saints v Liverpool match are both ex Liverpool players. I've no problem with Carragher or Ince, but it wouldn't hurt to have a bit of balance.
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England
@OpenreachHelp Sky @SkyHelpTeam will be able to confirm we've tried this multiple times. It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.
-
Daniel Heath (@DanielHeath24) reported from Leeds, England
@csmithy1 @SkySports Wtf, he actually moved his hand to the ball.
-
Eamonn McGee (@etmcg78) reported from Leeds, England
@SkySports Said **** all about it being unfair when it looked like we’d be stuck with no fans when they had theirs in, now he’s crying (again) when the boots on the other foot. Saying that expect nothing less from the self centred prick
-
Karen Walsh (@kaw7676) reported from Normanton, England
@SkyUK just been told 2-5 days to fix poor fibre broad connection. No internet over Christmas
-
Neil Spofforth (@Spofforth) reported from Leeds, England
@SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

@nachovi46311559 @GeorgieBaxter93 @SkySports Why not just admit you don’t give a **** about women rather than wasting everyone’s time saying “show me the stats”. I am even doing that for you and you’re not even giving them the time of day.
-
Jane (@janepittaway777) reported
@carmadchris @SkySports Yes it does work fine at rugby, same as sitting/standing next to opposition fans.I’ve experienced that regularly. I also go to football as season ticket holder and I’m sad to say that it would create real problems. The current knuckle dragging troublemakers would just be worse!
-
steve hutchins (@mousethatroard) reported
@SkySports Most stupid idea ever

Mr Ferrol (@StefanFerrol) reported
Might have to switch to @SkyUK mobile … they understand customer loyalty! @O2 just tried to offer me a deal worse than what I’m on now as some sort of ‘deal’ LOYALTY SHOULD PAY
-
Chris Cordy-Allen (@Cordy011) reported
@SkySports Couldn’t think of anything worse. I don’t want to go to a football match and get beer thrown over me. Surely the final of the EUROS shows this is a bad idea
-
Chris Burr (@cburr72) reported
@SkySports No. Football is culturally different to the likes of rugby and cricket where people drink but don’t start fighting. Most football fans would be fine of course but the idiot minority would get paralytic and kick off. Bad idea.
-
Ben Thompson (@BThompson1993) reported
@nachovi46311559 @GeorgieBaxter93 @SkySports Again, you don’t really get how “surveying” works do you? Doesn’t mean because they tested a certain amount thats the total. Just admit you don’t give a **** or read the f*cking report?
