Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I am having major problems trying to activate discovery + . I have followed the instructions to a T and all I get is a message upgrade to watch and a blue box with retry . When I first got discovery plus free subscription a year ago it was so easy please help

Hate it when clear corners get missed, it happens in the prem so so often which is infuriating given the 1001 cameras! In addition whilst ranting, the rule that never gets followed - keepers holding the ball for 15/20 seconds. #PremierLeague #skysports

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly
