    @SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

    @SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    @SkyHelpTeam Found it but got at least a 45 min wait watchdog ofcom and the papers are going to find out about this u fone to cancel then that should be it but not with sky it seems hate to think how many people this happens to thank god I'm with gigclear now

    @SkyHelpTeam It says there issues with hub connection. Wifi access is dropping constantly and there are reports online of service issues

    @SkyHelpTeam Can sign in with that on web, but then when I click on "Your Package" it asks to sign in again and get the same message. Got same message on MySky App also
