    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I received a text this morning from Sky, reporting a fault with my broadband (It seemed to be working ok) and openreach are working to fix this. The engineer left at midday and the broadband is not working.

    @SkyUK when will you sort out WiFi issue once and for all. You take the money every month and every night we have to reconnect multi room box. Not impressed and wonder why I pay for it? When I tried to cancel last time you absolutely guaranteed it would be sorted #dissapointed

    I see the two @skysports studio pundits for the Saints v Liverpool match are both ex Liverpool players. I've no problem with Carragher or Ince, but it wouldn't hurt to have a bit of balance.

Saying 'oh it's working now' doesn't help when Sheff Utd fail to get into Champions League by 1 pt at the end of the season.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello , that’s the same link I’ve used before ! It tells you to call as it can’t be cancelled on the app ! I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Problem was the Leeds double substitution. Costa was awful. Alioski should have stayed on longer, then he should have used Hernandez. Roberts never looks likely to score. I prefer Bamford stays on at least he defends & holds ball up better than Roberts. Leeds poor esp Cooper.

    Horrified at how @SkyUK has been utterly ripping off my elderly mother inlaw for so long and that their interfaces (web/app) don’t allow the removal of things from your package. Even lawyer-DH can’t understand their legalese.Tomorrows call to customer services is going to be…😵

    @SkyHelpTeam Yet again it was Sky’s internet service dropping again. Nothing to do with my set up. Yet when you check on Sky’s site it says there are no problems & to book an engineer. Thank god for the websites that are reliable enough to show that it was a problem everywhere. #sky #skytv
