Saying 'oh it's working now' doesn't help when Sheff Utd fail to get into Champions League by 1 pt at the end of the season.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello , that’s the same link I’ve used before ! It tells you to call as it can’t be cancelled on the app ! I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

@SkyUK i had a sky q box fitted in Jan and every few days since then it has disconnected from the wifi connection and every sky box in the house then has to be reset and reconnected & your automated customer service is a shambles, keeps saying thanks for calling and cutting off

@SkyHelpTeam Just got text claiming fault in our area fixed after 2 working days. NO IT IS NOT. WE STILL HAVE NO BB. AND YES WE HAVE DONE ALL THE RESTARTING ETC. Are your engineers called Fozzy and Kermit? If so it explaines the non existent supposed fix... Bunch of MUPPETS SKY!
