    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for response, call answered after 36 minutes, however you’re unable to send an engineer out for 10 days, @SkyUK was only fitted 5 days ago and has lost signal already, not acceptable!! 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said in the tweet above, I have used your line check and it sends me around in circles. It says there is a fault on my line and to check the service checker, the service checker says there is no issues in area. Can you please give me an update on when this will be fixed.

    @skyhelpteam Hello, my internet has been down since last Wednesday evening. Your engineer who came out couldn’t fix it. Openreach couldn’t fix it and now I’ve been left in limbo. This is not acceptable, especially as I am paying over £100 a month.
