@SkyHelpTeam Hello , that’s the same link I’ve used before ! It tells you to call as it can’t be cancelled on the app ! I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, we have logged into account and it has run diagnostics that have not clear. The internet then goes after say 10 mins or so of working. We have also reset and turned *** off and on, but still having issues

@SkySports Sky, what have you done with the Sky Q UHD box. One minute my TV showed UHD perfectly (both Sport and Movies). Now it doesn’t. A Sky Forum site shows thousands have the same issue.
