@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I received a text this morning from Sky, reporting a fault with my broadband (It seemed to be working ok) and openreach are working to fix this. The engineer left at midday and the broadband is not working.

Saying 'oh it's working now' doesn't help when Sheff Utd fail to get into Champions League by 1 pt at the end of the season.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for response, call answered after 36 minutes, however you’re unable to send an engineer out for 10 days, @SkyUK was only fitted 5 days ago and has lost signal already, not acceptable!! 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Hello , that’s the same link I’ve used before ! It tells you to call as it can’t be cancelled on the app ! I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

@SkyHelpTeam Are we going to get better internet soon? And sky q box drops off router constantly, so we don't bother with it much now, we cast prime & netflix from phones to chromecast as q box crashes playing netflix.Thinking of getting rid when term is up. A Diamond customer.
