    @SkyHelpTeam Hello , that’s the same link I’ve used before ! It tells you to call as it can’t be cancelled on the app ! I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for response, call answered after 36 minutes, however you’re unable to send an engineer out for 10 days, @SkyUK was only fitted 5 days ago and has lost signal already, not acceptable!! 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Got through to someone who tried but couldn’t help. He transferred me to the support team, waited a further 35 minutes in a queue and gave up. My sky Q box hasn’t worked properly for months and having no other contact method than phone is a joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve managed to sort it now by changing the LNB settings and refreshing apps. Customer service yesterday though was poor!

    @SkyHelpTeam @UKRobBoxing Sky glass has been a disappointment from day dot. I’m on my 4th tv. NOX office wasn’t available for ages, now dazn isn’t available. I wanted to cancel it and return the tv but they made it so difficult I gave up

    I've just read the cancellation letter @SkyHelpTeam sent me. Now I am really bloody annoyed. Implying that they are allowing me to cancel for financial hardship when in reality the cancellation is as a result of a CS agent completely misleading us. 😔

    I love some of the individual content they produce, but #SaturdaySocial is the clearest attempt by an out of touch @SkySports to get the younger audience back. Ultimately ehen the opinions are still heavily biased and henerally garbage, it will just wind up the older fans
