    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for response, call answered after 36 minutes, however you’re unable to send an engineer out for 10 days, @SkyUK was only fitted 5 days ago and has lost signal already, not acceptable!! 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam, your broadband was that unreliable and poor I was forced to change my provider as I work from home and depend on internet to do my job, your best solution was to turn off all the Wi-Fi devices, I changed provider, but still have my phone and tv package with you…..

    HELP! Ive been conned into a Movies package I didn’t ask for & in my 1st month Ive 2 engineer visits for broadband that cant go an hour without cutting out. Can someone with a soul please help out a customer who desperately regrets ever signing up with Sky? @SkyHelpTeam?

    @SkyHelpTeam So Sky make a mistake and give Openreach the wrong address and then cancel my broadband order at my new address without even telling me. Although my Glass TV still arrived. I’ve now had to place a new order and wait another two weeks for broadband! Very disappointed
