@ItchyBagpipes @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Their diagnostics system is showing no data as to what OpenReach are doing. It just tells them it’s down…the end. One of the calls today “wanted” to end with “don’t know, goodbye”. It didn’t.

@ianhrp @SkyHelpTeam We are in the same boat. Been waiting si ce middle December (sim still not arrived In post either) not sky's fault though, it's the postal strikes and the incompetence of DPD. If they can't cope with the extra parcels they should never have taken them on.
