@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I received a text this morning from Sky, reporting a fault with my broadband (It seemed to be working ok) and openreach are working to fix this. The engineer left at midday and the broadband is not working.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for response, call answered after 36 minutes, however you’re unable to send an engineer out for 10 days, @SkyUK was only fitted 5 days ago and has lost signal already, not acceptable!! 🤬

Saying 'oh it's working now' doesn't help when Sheff Utd fail to get into Champions League by 1 pt at the end of the season.

@Nicole_UB3 @SkyHelpTeam You could have 1Gbps download speeds but the speed at your device would be the same. The hub is getting 500 Mbps down… it’s your device that’s struggling. You either need to route an Ethernet cable to it or invest in signal boosters.
