William Saliba. £27m. No appearances yet for Arsenal. Left out of the Europa League squad. So where is @SkySports with 700 articles having a go at the club for poor management, like they did with OGS over Van de Beek?

@SkyHelpTeam how can I get in touch and speak to somebody about my account without being on hold for hours? I’m happy to email and wait for a reply. Your website directs me to a closed messaging service. I know things are tricky, but you’ve had 6 months to sort things out...

@chazaustin10 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @GNev2 @Carra23 Ridiculous that technology has now totally taken over from common sense and that not even the linesman questioned why the goal line tech didn't work. Saying 'oh it's working now' doesn't help when Sheff Utd fail to get into Champions League by 1 pt at the end of the season.

@daidavies1969 @SkySports He didn't give his view. He said there were many aspects to it and those in charge need to think about all the different issues involved. Your view point being one of them. It's a nothing article lol.

@SkyUK when will you sort out WiFi issue once and for all. You take the money every month and every night we have to reconnect multi room box. Not impressed and wonder why I pay for it? When I tried to cancel last time you absolutely guaranteed it would be sorted #dissapointed

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Problem was the Leeds double substitution. Costa was awful. Alioski should have stayed on longer, then he should have used Hernandez. Roberts never looks likely to score. I prefer Bamford stays on at least he defends & holds ball up better than Roberts. Leeds poor esp Cooper.

I see the two @skysports studio pundits for the Saints v Liverpool match are both ex Liverpool players. I've no problem with Carragher or Ince, but it wouldn't hurt to have a bit of balance.

-
Will
(@Will_Little9) reported
@JenLangley @SkyUK Unfortunately due to OfCom rules they won’t issue any refunds unless it’s been off for 24 hours, any lost earnings doesn’t come under any compensation rules unless Sky decide to refund out with these rules which is highly unlikely and if so won’t covering any wages lost
-
agnus
(@agnusdonald1919) reported
@SkyHelpTeam 1. I paid my 18 months contract off 2. I closed the account 3. Your colleague reinstated my account (I moved out 6 months previously but continued paying until it was finished) 4. Your colleague didn’t cancel my contract but told me it was closed 5. I won’t be paying a penny
-
Will
(@Will_Little9) reported
@who10uk @SkyHelpTeam The OfCom rules state the service needs to be off for 24 hours before any compensation can be considered and even at that it won’t be anymore than £5 each household, no one can claim for lost earnings as this isn’t covered under their policy

@who10uk @SkyHelpTeam 2 things, its domestic broadband so there is absolutely no liability for loss of work and even if Sky credited per hour rather than per day it would work out at about 25-30 pence for 8 hours loss of service which really puts your moaning into perspective muppet
-
NFC | SegaZoom セーガズーモ
(@SegaZoom) reported
@SkyHelpTeam @who10uk At what site? The fact that your team have not even been given indication of whether the fault has been identified probably is such poor management. People would be so much calmer if you could at least say you know what's going on, but I'm sure you haven't even been made aware.
-
dean deanson
(@dean_deanson) reported
@LeBenjiboo @lynnedixon14 @SkyHelpTeam Ahahaha, have you even bothered to think this through? Say you pay £30 per month for internet, you pay 4 pence hourly so even if Sky paid loss of service per hour rather than per while day you’d be getting 32 pence credit. Really puts your moaning in to perspective doesn’t it
