@SkyHelpTeam of 400mbs. But BT informed me maximum I can receive is 300mbs and sky can not better thos, so seems due to this miss sell sky could not switch me over and used technical issues as the problem....I wiil AVOID or switch in future to sky at my own risk

@BetterResearch @SkyUK Yeah I’m shocked they released it. I hate everything about it- waiting for the catch up services makes the whole thing feel cheap. Paying £100+ a month for a service that doesn’t let you even record feels like a con. It also seems to hate non sky channels and keeps crashing

@SkyHelpTeam the broadband....yes off course I cancelled as not had any service. Hours spent on the phone to customer service who sound very caring and helpful, but they are going through the motions to fob you off. It seems I was miss sold 500mbs by sky with a minimum guarantee

@SkyHelpTeam So, it’s ok once connected, but disconnects CONSTANTLY, I have to reconnect to do the check, so shows ok, as just reconnected. But drops again, soon after. A connection issue, rather than speed?

@clasper_ken @SkyUK I've been sticking with it, thinking it maybe just gets a little getting used to. But honestly, the nice picture and sound isn't enough to offset the terrible software - and its sooo slow! And even when you get to the pictures they often lag out (and I have 1gb wifi)
