I fully intend to pay when I can, I told you that, I even told you the date I would be paying. It's the lack of guaranteed service that I'm angry about, it's very unfair

@SkyUK when will you sort out WiFi issue once and for all. You take the money every month and every night we have to reconnect multi room box. Not impressed and wonder why I pay for it? When I tried to cancel last time you absolutely guaranteed it would be sorted #dissapointed

@SkySports It's as though it takes investment to build a solid squad and then after enough investment in youth facilities you can make money from transfers from the academy. Who could have seen that coming except it was all written down in a book you can buy?

@SkyHelpTeam I currently have a fixed IP with your "Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro" which you no longer support so I can't change anything on my package as I will lose my fixed IP... It looks like I might have to change ISP to get a fixed IP going forward (unless I can have your business broadband?)

@SkyHelpTeam no broadband. Managed to trouble shoot to get TV working. So no "outage" in the area as previously advised. Neighbours broadband working seems to be an individual household issue. What help is available to resolve this.
