  @SkyHelpTeam part of our package included UltraHD. My TV is old & only supports HD. Engineer who set up skyQ couldnt set up the ultraHD bit. So far we’ve been getting it discounted (free) but April I see I have to pay £2 towards ultraHD when my TV doesnt support it What can I do?

  @SkyHelpTeam we have tried this and it shows everything is fine. We have a bandwidth issue that has only occurred since last month. We have been fine for the past 3 years regardless how many devices use the internet.
