Come on @SkyUK please contact me, I can't find any way of getting help online, and your call centre connected me to a nasty woman half way across the world who essentially told me to go and ask on twitter.. So, here I am. Paid every bill since march 2018, no problem and now this

I fully intend to pay when I can, I told you that, I even told you the date I would be paying. It's the lack of guaranteed service that I'm angry about, it's very unfair

@SkyHelpTeam tried to review my TV package however the details listed just aren’t clear. 1) it appears that my HD option has expired 2) no longer offers Sky Signature as a replacement for Box Sets. Whilst we’re all sat at home, the customer journey really shouldn’t be this difficult

@SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?
