    @SkyHelpTeam No I’ve been trough this a dozen times doing speed tests and stupid photos of my set up, it is set up the same way it has been for years and it works fine with other providers, I want you to tell me what speed I should be receiving .. dont keep passing me to other people

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with my WiFi. Have tried everything online advises. Unless I stand over the router I can’t get a signal anywhere else. Just changed from BT to Sky and far from happy. Can’t find a number to call either!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply Daniel. I have checked the service checker and it's green in my area. I phoned Sky and their automated message said they were aware of a problem. I obviously can't get through to sky because I have no signal.
