@SkyHelpTeam Hi chloe, we don't have a HD subscription and do change the format to SD and it won't let us. We aso have the exact same problem with channel 4 :(

Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

Thank god for that ... @SkySports are the saviours of football and are in the corner of every football fan up and down the country ... in other news my sky bills just doubled to 80 quid a month ... I’m not sure where we’d all be without you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

@SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

@SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

@SkyHelpTeam So engineer out yesterday to sort out ongoing connectivity problems throughout our house (tv&wifi)... he has tweaked but can’t resolve until patch released for brand new hub I received in Oct. Connectivity still bad today - when will this be fixed? Not good enough.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning, currently having problems getting online with our Sky Broadband Hub. 'Our tests are currently unavailable' error on the MySky App and gets stuck in a loop on the DSL connection test on desktop. No problems in the area according to Service Status either.
