@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all the tests but I can’t see how to contact an engineer or speak to someone. The problem is not obvious so when you run a test it all looks okay but it isn’t as it drops intermittently. Who can I speak to please? I can’t work like this for another week. Thx
