@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam I've just been trying to sign up to your services and have been spoken to in a very dismissive, rude manner saying "it's a you problem not a me problem" when I asked questions about 24month contact when referred to a manager It was even worse she clearly didn't care!

@SkyHelpTeam had 'no satellite signal' issues for 3 weeks, engineer came a few days ago and couldn't fix it and asked for a specialise. Now over 3 weeks more wait for the next available engineer slot? This is too long a wait for a loyal customer paying so much. Pls help
