    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but I use the Internet for calls. If I go on the service checker it says no issues but then if I run a test it says there are issues. Make it make sense. It's stressing me out

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I gave up after that because I wasnt prepared to waste any more time. My grandparents were waiting for me and this had already made me late. However, my broadband is still not working.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Walton_FIRE The Status always says no problem with a green tick. Even when your sitting there with no internet. It has never said anything but no problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a masterclass in how not to communicate outages. No comment for majority of the day, tries to minimise the area affected, gives no info on progress, and not even a broad time scale (hours, days, weeks until expected fix?). Customers need more info than this.

    Celebrating getting 15 minutes of Sky Broadband !!! And then it went down again 😞 Come on @SkyHelpTeam, customers need updates and timescales, not being directed to a website that says everything’s fine #skybroadband
