    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

    @SkyHelpTeam As soon as you get onto the screen to order, it just says that I can’t order using the sky q box and to visit the sky viewing help page. (I did but it wasn’t much help) so I tried to order via the box office website and it said my viewing card number was invalid. (It wasn’t)

    @SkyHelpTeam I live in London W13 and my sky signal has completely gone this morning and cannot watch any channels which isn’t ideal in lockdown. Haven’t had issues before. Could it be to do with the snow?

    @SkyHelpTeam We logged a complaint before,after our second appointment was cancelled. So to contact conplaints again (with no further escalation) unfortunately seems a complete waste of time. 😩
