    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. To be honest, my husband will likely be calling to get a refund/ to not pay for the tv while this is happening. We are paying for sky glass, but can’t use it when you internet is down so much. Such a massive flaw when you create an internet dependent tv 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there an issue with WiFi in the Downham Market area? Been dropping I and out multiple times for days now. Service status and hub all say working fine. Lots of people in my area reporting this for sky and other providers.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been doing that all weekend !! Says there is no fault in the area & spoke to one of your staff Saturday and they said there WAS an issue in the area. I would be expecting a refund for the missing days of no service & be informed when the issue will be fixed.

    @SkyUK “£23 for 18 months” in huge colour print ALSO “prices MAY change” - in tiny, grey print, also suggests the price might not change. So Sky, how long will a new customer with this deal pay the £23?

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been a problem since yesterday - I work from home? Also, I’m pregnant and this is causing a lot of stress! I would like some compensation. If this carries on I will be leaving before my contract ends as this is a breach of terms & conditions. It’s been happening more often
