    @SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

    Just seen @SkySports "journalist" Zinny Boswells marks out of 10 for the England players from last night. Luke Shaw 4/10 Harry Maguire 5/10 Harry got caught for the 2nd goal but that was all he did wrong. Shaw attacked down the left all night. Come back to OT fellas

    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyUK what is up with your call centre people, why do they say they have our number so if we get cut off they’ll call back?? Still waiting and was ordering a new phone, might just have to cancel the order. Wife waited 24hrs for an hour call back and had to call you 🙄🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam I follow that & regardless of the 10 options you can pick none go on to any sort of contact details, more than capable of navigating a web page but none fit the issue It’s borderline patronising being told to restart your router. I’ve got packet loss that I didn’t have 2weeks ago

    @SkyHelpTeam for the last year. My sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet. BT broadband is fine and over 100mbps. I've restarted my settings and both the router and sky box, works for maybe 2 hours then goes wrong again. Don't send me to your help guide.

    @SkyUK my son has joined you today as a new customer and he has now spoken to 3 people and been on hold for over an hour. He is now on hold to cancel his order and I am on hold to cancel my 22+ year contract as well. Disgraceful way to treat a new customer.

    Terrible service from @SkyUK keep cancelling to install broadband for my son , waited in 6 hours today ….another no show 🙄
