So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

@SkyHelpTeam You must of missed the thread with Jason earlier, Lainy this issue cannot and has not been resolved by me going down that route. I want sky to acknowledge publicly the fault in their routers and advise a fix.

@SkyHelpTeam I recently swapped my iphone se to an iphone 12. For the past 3 days the phone has frozen and I've had to reset it. All software is up to date and the phone works as normal when unfrozen. As usual I cant find anywhere on your website to help.

@1980BTK @Pompey @SkySports Every Pompey league game is beamed all across the world with IFollow ,and up til this season any game on sky wasn’t on IFollow and wasn’t shown on TV here. The fact it’s on sky on a Monday sucks as now I’ll be at work. No sky and I’d get to see it on a Saturday. Lose lose 👍
