@SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam still having a poor and slow response to all app feeds and internet searches everything is slow and sometimes not loading at all. Have you tried switching your service off and back on again since the complete outage Monday Night ?

@kijomba1 @Everton @SkySports He wasn't named because he wasn't charged. Naming him would lead to legality issues. Mendy on the other hand was charged, therefore naming was allowed. Not that hard to understand 🤷🏻
