  So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

  @SkyHelpTeam one of our Sky Q mini boxes is displaying no satellite signal. It shows as connected to the main Sky Q box and connected to the network. Have tried the various resets suggested online and still not working. What are you going to do to sort this please? #rubbish

  @SkyHelpTeam Help no Internet all day yesterday & still appears as if no internet. Have tried resetting the box & turning off at mains supply. But no luck. 😡😡

  @SkyHelpTeam our SKYQ mini box will never connect to the main box. Every night without fail we have to deactivate several times before it works. Surely there’s something up with it?
