    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

    @mrscorer @IanLodge11 I don’t use any BBC service but got to pay the BBC licence fee to watch live sports provided by SkySports and BTSport

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, i have. Still no update. I was told 6 weeks and it is 6 weeks this weekend. I have no idea what is happening with the order, it may come Monday it may come in another 6 weeks, who knows ? If it's going to take much longer i will look to cancel i think.

    @SkyHelpTeam been on hold to sky customer services 45 minutes to then just get cut off, now 15 minutes on the second attempt, I think they must have started their weekend early, different story if I wanted to upgrade!!

    @SkyHelpTeam No....sorry you misunderstand. The phone cuts off after 6 or 7 mins. Your help team are giving conflicting information. Some telling us to get a new phone (they are brand new) other say it should be plugged into the router, others into the wall socket. This is useless!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I just want to speak to an actual technical person dealing with it. Been down wrong road and until today all of your advisors have been useless. Only today has it been sent to the correct team by Zara who has helped. It's unacceptable that it's been 16 days and still not sorted.
