    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @dounowhoiam @_CaffeNero_ @SkyHelpTeam That sounds like a real nuisance. We've done a check on that postcode, and we can see it's congested at this time. We're expecting this to be resolved by the 19th of December but please let us know if you're still having issues after that date -Joe

    @swearmeister @EggsyGLC @SkyHelpTeam Its a different line as everyone but Virgin use the Openreach network, hence an Openreach line. With it being Christmas new orders are being completed in the new year for most people (dependant on area times may vary). Just a heads up before some poor agent gets shouted at
