So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

@SkyHelpTeam Which it does. And I sign in and the I get a your package and offers screen. No where does it say add Disney or anything. It says I need to add skyq. Which I already have. I click change TV package and shows me what I have nothing about adding anything more. All a bit weird.

@SkyHelpTeam I've been having the issues for about 18 months, I've been through every troubleshooting option hundreds of times, was sent an engineer to have a look who blamed my fish tank for the problem his words were literally "wifi waves don't go through water very well" ridiculous!!
