@SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done restarts and since having the service 2 Factory resets as advised by Sky for other reasons. I think it is a bug as others are reporting the same issue on the Sky/Glass Stream forums.

I cannot believe that we have had no broadband for ONE WEEK tomorrow and have no idea if we’ll ever get it back, unbelievably nobody at #sky knows any more details, used all mobile data, had to buy an #EE router for £50 to see us through more days of no service!!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, our WiFi has suddenly stopped working properly in WF5. Keeps dropping in and out every couple of minutes. Unplugged the box and plugged it back in again and still having the same issue. Is this an area service issue because of the bad weather?

If you had followed the transfer market live, you would have known better. Even Guardiola himself said it that city wouldn't have gone for ronaldo
