@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

Just seen @SkySports "journalist" Zinny Boswells marks out of 10 for the England players from last night. Luke Shaw 4/10 Harry Maguire 5/10 Harry got caught for the 2nd goal but that was all he did wrong. Shaw attacked down the left all night. Come back to OT fellas

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

Seems @SkyUK are another bunch of con artists. Can through to upgrades instantly but cancellations is a 30+ min wait with constant reminders that you can view stuff online. I want to cancel, not view crap and go round in circles.

@SkyHelpTeam What is the direct number please for your technical team? Am a new customer and so far am not impressed by how difficult it is find contact details to resolve issue of upload speeds far below what I pay for. Am considering direct complaint to ombudsman because of this difficulty
