    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    @John27_90 @Charles_Leclerc Don’t be stupid. Max was called out big time! It was all over the F1 posts, Skysports posts and other media. Those horrendous Dutch were booing as you peeps always say. But now “the great tifosi” are the best. Even in Silverstone when Max was booed, nobody did a thing.

    @SkyHelpTeam it has now been 4 times that your customer services have promised me a call back between set hours and not once have I had a call. Regardless of the issues communication is paramount. The individuals are pleasant but this is very very poor customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam Every night for the past week the wifi goes down at 10:30pm. Any reason? Not good enough for the price I’m paying I’m afraid.

    @SkyHelpTeam @IngoKinnie Don’t even bother asking them for help, all they want customers to do is wait for 3 hours to actually talk to someone on the phone…you pay SKY for decent service but do you actually get what you pay for? Nope….
