    @SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    @SkySports It’s about time there were consequences for this sort of behaviour. The clubs were stupid in allowing players to travel. If a club can’t field a team that has tested negative they should forfeit the points. It’s not a ‘mistake’ given the situation, it’s stupidity and selfishness.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, i was told to contact again if the problem came back. To be honest I don't fancy an endless wait on the phone when it's obvious the tech assistant can't diagnose an intermittent problem

    @SkySports is definitely the poor relation to BT. Atrocious coverage and detail of the game and players names. Then the poor quality, lack of intellect and professionalism of the pundits. A bad deal all round for Scottish Football.

    @SkyHelpTeam The people I then dealt with were useless, one placed an order that was rejected because he didn’t check to see if my service was fully cancelled and then the next just told me to place the order online tomorrow. I was told that a spark request would be filed
