    @SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    @Wayne501Mardle @SkySports It's on to long with the first 2 weeks slow and boring then it all gets rushed at the end Also, last year was good to watch because of Fallon But they are crazy not having her in it this year it was a refreshing change Ashton and Deta are not easy on the eyes

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?
