  • doona_king Donna King (@doona_king) reported from Skegness, England

@SkyHelpTeam got a replacement sky q box and the Disney+ app isn’t in there anymore. I can see I can subscribe for £5.99 a month. But I paid upfront with Disney for the year. It was in the old box. And no I can’t see anything on mysky or help

  • Alan_Oliver Alan Oliver (@Alan_Oliver) reported from Burgh le Marsh, England

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

  • tomtomdrinks Tom Wigley (@tomtomdrinks) reported from Mablethorpe and Sutton, England

@SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

@SkyHelpTeam No broadband 10 days until an engineer can fix? This is costing me money. Can someone explain why it takes 10 days to fix a service I am paying for?

  • mthestar14 mr (@mthestar14) reported

@SkySports You got to feel bad for him at this point

  • toffeedaz Darren Newton (@toffeedaz) reported

@BenJohn45874515 @SkyUK I don't know why the back up option for Sky Glass is an aerial when all their current customer base use satellite dishes.

  • debsurfs Debbie Smith (@debsurfs) reported

@SkyUK I've been a diamond customer for 22 years and pre-registered as soon as it was advertised. When can I expect to be contacted?

  • BobsterDrumhead Bobster (@BobsterDrumhead) reported from Hastings, England

The difference in agendas is if @Arsenal had been 0-2 down & bagged a late winner in a cup match the usual @SkySports pundits would be lining up the ‘club in a rut’ cliches & the #ArtetaOut brigade firing up their Twitter accounts. Football reporting is just so tabloid

  • JimJewel2 Jim Jewel (@JimJewel2) reported

@SkyUK No Sky. No Dish. No Box. No Fuss. No bill. No problem. Fixed it for you.

  • estevehoward Steve Howard (@estevehoward) reported

@SkySports And still out working this slow lazy non motivated team of ManU.
