So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@RealMatK @SkyUK I used to work in telecoms, and unfortunately the staff that deals with your problem is out numbered 1000/1. However another providers sales team line is usually open and willing to help right away. If your alright with the idea of the change doer. Might be more beneficial. Thank

Trying to get hold of @SkyHelpTeam because I’ve just seen I am paying a ridiculous amount of money and they have offers for new customer what about customer of nine years who have been loyal!!! £74 a month yet you are offer it for £43 to new ppl time to look around
