@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam is Sky down in Gateshead? I was watching tv and the screen just went black. I can change the channel and still nothing and the Home Screen loads with picture but when I click on anything it’s just a black screen, even on recordings

@SkyHelpTeam Wifi fine prior to the planned works, hence why I think the planned works made changes that affect certain devices or chipsets. One device now bounces between 4g and WiFi and another has error codes on Disney+ relating to network issues. Are the team able to provide PE specifics?
