So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam My download speed is running at 38 mb/s to 40mb/s at its highest, most of the time its in the 20mb/s range or lower, this isnt the service im paying for and under ofcoms better broadband speeds voluntary codes of practice i would like to cancel my contract with sky penalty free

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. @SkySportsNFL play it so fast and loose with their transitions from commentary to the game. We nearly missed that kick off then. Would much prefer a bit dead air but never miss a second of the game. #TENvsIND #Skysports #insidethe5uk
