    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    Any reason why my broadband has been down for almost 5 hours now @SkyHelpTeam? Area is PE23.

    ... and when you chase them up two weeks later - you get told the CRF sent by the last advisor was rejected as it was not completed correctly, hence the call back would never occur. What ever happened to MHR's and proper call backs @SkyUK

    @SkySportsNews @pert_brian I hope the top brass at skysports and other media houses are getting it. All they do is criticise Ole at every opportunity, it is disgusting and never give him credit when deserved. Yuck. Thanks Mr Cole for speaking out.

    I can only assume that since @SkyUK is now owned by Comcast - customer service is no longer top of the agenda as it was back in the day. It's now been three months of this problem and all we get told is "A CRF has been sent off - you'll get a call back"... That never happens

    @SkyHelpTeam disgusted by the service and quality of the service I’ve been receiving recently. For the past few weeks my internet has been unusable. Unable to connect in my own home and when I do I’m hitting 500 ping!

    @SkyHelpTeam Heard nothing back. Wait times are too long to try and ring again. My Granda had phoned in saying he had a issue with his telephone line. He cancelled the job but you’ve threatened £65 charge if he doesn’t cancel it by 5pm today. Job was cancelled yesterday

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ll be honest. I still have an issue with my Sky account. The fact I still cannot use the app on my phone or the MySky section on Sky Q box. Until that’s sorted I am reluctant to add anything from you!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorru Laura, we're past that stage now. She's just given 30 days notice based on how customer service have handled her since the problem started in August. "A company that promises call backs & doesn't then hangs up repeatedly on you isn't worth dealing with." Sadly, I agree.
