So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Thats the issue - the box isn't suitable unless I'm missing something? To open the box there was a strip to rip which makes the box into two separate pieces when opened??

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Is there broadband issues in GU22 area? It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.

@SkyHelpTeam I tried calling and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Tried finding live chat, not seen. Tried sending a DM, got a bot. Can someone explain my bill please? Was told I would get a credit for not having service but don't see it on the account. Thanks.
