@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

Up until about 4 days ago@I’ve never had an issue with @SkyUK broadband. It’s been up and down but since the outage yesterday it’s been rank rotten. Anytime@more than one device is connected it shits the bed and just does not work. Even when connected with a LAN cable.
