  So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

  @SkyHelpTeam Maybe just don’t send emails to customers with rewards which can’t be redeemed via the method given. Makes Sky look bad. I haven’t got a spare hour to call.

  @SkyHelpTeam I have emailed the complaints department again, however the response time is shocking. Noone at sky complaints seem to care about their customers especially ones that have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. No wonder so many are leaving sky.
