@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam tried sky again today 2hrs later im still trying to cancel, i paid upfront for the mini boxes and the main so i didnt have to return and want to charge me an extra £50 per box and £130 for the main box
