So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done that several times. The only time I got a response was when I sent a complaint to CISAS. Sky called me immediately the next day, they couldn't apologise enough, and they talked about compensation I was due and how they were going to rectify it etc. And then, nothing.

@SkySports Hate it for her, it’s a tough problem to have and I hope she can work through it. But her problem is not everyone else’s problem and everyone else shouldn’t have to change because she has a problem. Take responsibility and go to work to fix it.
