So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam seriously considering cancelling I littelry pay a fortune to complain about my Internet every couple of months it never works but I have engineers out who can't explain why it doesn't work Try blaming baby monitors but clearly isn't that when I've removed them.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. Do you know of an issue with downloading the UHD version of 'Freaky' on Sky Cinema? Tried since yesterday, but it fails and says No Subscription but all other UHD films are still working fine. The HD version downloads okay. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam When moving to SkyGlass we were informed no adverts, after a year we will pay for that service which is fine, but now you seem to be reneging on the contract. I’ve heard that Sky stated that ad skipping at £5/month doesn’t cover catch-up apps. You can’t just change a contract.
