So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam is there anyway I can speak to a human? we constantly have no internet or very slow. Every time I do a test from the app I get the message oops that didn’t work.I am paying for a #rubbishservice. At this rate will not be renewing.
