@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

Back to #RSLBarca after a 1 hour diversion of a call with a very very helpful @SkyUK engineer to resolve a weird picture issue of green & blue bars when restarting the main box. Everything double checked and reset. Now wait a few to see if it is sorted.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it does. And this is constant. I do your thing and it says it’s fine, but my wifi is horrendous!!!! Worst service ever! And on top of it, I signed up for fibre with you in early March and I STILL haven’t gotten it.
