So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

I am honestly so sick of my @skytv broadband not working properly. I live in a small 2 bed terrace and it doesn’t even work properly when I’m upstairs. Paying sky over £70 a month and it just makes me so mad! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam why on earth have you got rid of sky buddy? What a daft idea with no replacement… and no broadband shield isn’t anywhere near as useful. I love sky but unless there’s a replacement I’ll need to find a provider who does offer that service #veryGrumpy

@SkyHelpTeam upgraded to skyq on Friday but the viewing card didn’t work. Engineer left saying that if it didn’t start in 4 hours to call. Promised a new one would be sent out, hasn’t arrived yet and now can’t watch the channels that I could access. Not happy with your service.

@SkyHelpTeam please can you help my Netflix accounts won’t link I’ve tried everything. I’ve been paying for 2 accounts for months. I have sky glass. I am signed into Netflix on other devices with the same sky email and password but my billing is showing as my credit card not sky
