So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t seem to have a menu drop down? All I have is Home, TV Guide, Browse & Downloads. I have checked in all of these and there is nowhere to access my recordings. I have updated my Sky Go app so I should have the latest and correct version?

@SkyHelpTeam Our Internet in Sheffield has been down all day. Your Twitter help service refers me to your web page. Your web page tells me it can't find my hub but then my connection is fine (?) and your phone line has a 45 minute wait. This is incredibly frustrating.
