So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky help team about the most unhelpful team I know. Sky glass for a week and had it working for 2 days. Sick of having contact with agents who don’t bother to help. Spent a total of 3 hours 19 minutes hanging on the phone trying to speak to someone.

Skysports get onto Man Utd players way too much. Why? Ffs they’ve made like a million headlines about Sancho’s slow start after moving leagues. Kane and Grealish haven’t been all that since tho. Rashford has done better in a few matches. English press. 🙏🏽

@nozzla @SkyUK They also don’t make it aware that when you activate Glass, all of your Q recordings disappear as Q account is closed. We had screenshots from Sky Go of what we were recording & had on Q box but many of those can’t be found on Glass. V v v v annoying tbh. No real CS support.
