    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to link my sky q account to discovery+ but, as I started the activation a couple of days ago and didn't have my account info to hand, it now won't let me sign up to it. Any ideas how I can fix this please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is. It was resolved on the day (a problem with the electricity supply to the fibre cabinet) but I learnt this from neighbours after I had booked the visit. Two days later still can’t cancel!
