So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, is there a issue with the Sky Mobile network? We have 3 #SkyMobile accounts but mine is the only one that doesn’t seem to work. I ask as I use my phone for my business & I need it to text my clients, and I’m currently unable too 😞 Thx in advance

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, My mobile which has been working perfectly for last 18 months is not able to make calls. Not registered on network and emergency calls only are some of the messages. The account is up to date with no overdue payments.

Hey @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam no mobile signal at RG14. Service checker says it’s ok, but all 5 sky handsets in our house no signal.
