    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    Unbelievable , 16 years a SKY BUISNESS customer & finanally something in July worth paying our fee for & getting a decent trade , but know they put it on teresteral tv 😂😂😂😂#unbelievable #whatevernext @skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam disgusting service given to a platinum member with 25+ years, failing to call back, lying to customers with the Danny Dyer advert that is falsely advertising, to representatives offering "deals" that are 40% more expensive than what new customers get. Shameful

    @YNWA_Kaiser @virginmedia @SkyUK Absolutely steer clear of Virgin for anything. I had their broadband for 12 years - excellent service pre-covid. Disgraceful after so I left
