So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam my BB has been crap ever since I signed a new 18 month deal. I get high speeds both down and upload but it’s inconsistent and I’m getting spikes which makes gaming impossible. If you don’t get an engineer out to sort it I won’t ever consider signing with sky again.
