    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried sending an email to cancel my Sky Q TV, still no clear link or path to do this, seems like a negative info loop, round and round hoping that the customer gives up trying.

    @SkyHelpTeam @James380201571 The Service Page is rubbish, it says there are no issues in the area when there clearly are you even had a message on the helpline number saying there was a problem when your service page said there wasn't. There's loads of us who haven't had bb all day.

    @SkyHelpTeam How can I talk to someone without going through all the different checks of whether my routine is plugged in correctly, please? It's gone down again this evening. I will probably venture to the office as I simply cannot rely on my broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam It would be much appreciated and good customer service for customers to be advised on what the problem is (major or minor) and what the likely timeframe for resolution is on that basis.
