@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

Just seen @SkySports "journalist" Zinny Boswells marks out of 10 for the England players from last night. Luke Shaw 4/10 Harry Maguire 5/10 Harry got caught for the 2nd goal but that was all he did wrong. Shaw attacked down the left all night. Come back to OT fellas

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam That’s really poor. You’re not providing the full service that is being paid for so your statement is incorrect. If it was an issue for an hour or so then fair enough but to not have access now for 2 days. That’s failing in your duty to deliver a paid service..

@SkyHelpTeam How about those customers who use Sky to download on demand/catchup shows or ones who subscribe to the box set service? As we are unable to download them, we can’t use them. It’s still a degradation of service we pay for.
