@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam how on the world is the first engineer available next Monday? So I have to be without internet for 5 days? Are you going to cover my data plan? Will I get a discount for all the tv I can’t watch? Like you spend all this money and when you need help nothing!

@SkyHelpTeam I understand that, but I went on within 1 minute of receiving the email, so you are not giving enough codes away, and not giving people chance to get them! Either way, I am an annoyed ‘VIP’ customer. All I ever get is disappointment from SKY. Don’t know why I bother with it

@SkyHelpTeam been trying to speak to someone about the awful broadband service I have. I was on hold for 30 mins started speaking to someone and then I was cut off. Customer experience has been pretty poor since I moved to sky and the issues with broadband is affecting my work.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky has to be the worst customer service I have ever received. Booked for Broadband to be installed two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been installed. I've been promised a phone call back 3 times and not one has phoned back!
