    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve have sporadic wifi since Friday, we have a mini box in our living room so this means even watching tv has been affected. We had an engineer out today who thought he’d fixed the issues but it hasn’t and we’re without wifi once more

    @SergeBiscuits @SkyHelpTeam If they don’t have a damn clue about what is going on then be upfront and honest with customers rather than hiding behind the approved responses. We’re all human after all. We don’t know everything but let’s admit that instead of hiding.
