    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam There are no faults in the home network. This is a long term historical issue with our connection getting slower and slower. You've already read us the ofcom riot act on the phone! Just bad service.

    @MickDC81 @SimFez87 @SkySports Facts unfortunately will go over your head. I believe there is a virus going round. I do not believe the reaction to it is rational. When you look at all data on govt and ONS websites it’s clear to see it’s been blown out of proportion. Wake ******** up!

    @SkyHelpTeam A fellow villager has both Plusnet (for her business) and Sky, yet it's only Sky that's failing... That's why an ex BT engineer has suggested it's likely to be an infrastructure issue involving a failed switch somewhere in the system.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yet again we are being sent a router (third we have had). Again the blame is being left with @WeAreOpenreach . But they have been out time and again to no resolution. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
