    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    I can quite honestly say that @SkyUK are the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We have been without internet for 2 weeks now while stuck in lockdown and trying to work from home. Absolutely #terriblecustomerservice #worstcompanyever

    @SkyUK trying to get through to you on the phone is like getting blood out a stone! My tv is constantly cutting off internet constantly not working! It has been happening for months and getting fobbed off!!! Terrible service do not get sky!!!!!
