    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s what your robot says local issue with connecting, but I have connection just some sites are so slow others aren’t and it would be nice to get more details but you get cut off. No way could I recommend ultrafast to anyone at this point

    Have been paying @btsport £36.49 a month and only allowed to watch on my main Sky box for the last few years! @SkyUK Engineer has just been and arranged for me to buy BT Sport through Sky for £24.99 a month and it works across ALL of my Sky boxes! WTF BT?!

    @SkyHelpTeam new #skyglass issue the past couple of days. When changing channels the TV is taking longer to pick up the channel. Getting the wait while channel is loading message every time followed the technical fault message before the picture comes on. My broadband is 59mbps.

    so for the last few months my @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been crap to say the least and for the last week when i go on the my sky app and web page to look for a better deal there is technical issues i think its time to go to someone else #Sky #badservice

    @ChrisHeley1 @SkySports I do hope grant comes good Wouldn’t mind us to have a couple of dead rubbers at end of season and he has the odd opportunity. Pre season next may be massive for him. Wasn’t exactly great from hoyle to say give me a problem and it’s not looking likely we’re bringing anyone in

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam keep reporting it’s down to #Openreach. Then the services comes back on for a few hours and they report it’s back on to us. Sky are told each time someone will fix it within 48 hours but it doesn’t happen. This is THREE weeks without stable broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK not happy how a complaint has been handled and the call I just spent 15+ minutes trying to explain the issue!No internet,limited TV due to your issue for over a week causing me to be unable to work for 3 days and goodwill is capped to £10.Can I ask some Q’s?
