    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and weโ€™ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    Unbelievable , 16 years a SKY BUISNESS customer & finanally something in July worth paying our fee for & getting a decent trade , but know they put it on teresteral tv ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚#unbelievable #whatevernext @skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam Iโ€™m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls Iโ€™ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly Iโ€™d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Does not help vulnerable people who have medical appointments online! Neither Teams or Zoom work well or at all on 4G.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Kai_Stone Quickest and easiest way is for you to reconnect the thousands of people effected. If you want to employ us all to fix your issues then you pay us. Because at the moment weโ€™re all paying you for no service

    @SkyHelpTeam Still no broadband in the Swale area (South East). Has been 16 hours. Please advise how this is being resolved and how I will be compensated for this poor service.
