    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet keeps doing down. I’ve been on the phone 3 times this week to discuss this. You’ve made me purchase two boosters and there’s been no improvement. Please solve this issue. I’m a student nurse and I can’t constantly stress over no internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam Repeating the same thing over and over isn’t good enough. Or are you implying that sky engineers are so inept that after 4 hours they still don’t know the scale of the problem? I’m tempted to go to the sky head office (based in Isleworth!) for an update
