@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam just spent an hour on the phone being passed between 3 people and the person in the first 5 minutes gave me the best deal. Even that isn’t as good as a new customer. Ten years of loyal custom down the pan. BT here I come!

@SkyHelpTeam I certainly am !! 2 Openreach visits in 2 weeks and still having issues. Connection keeps dropping, speeds well below min guaranteed. No offer of refund.Another engineer booked for Monday. Each time they say it’s the Hub. No new Hub yet though. 😫
