    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    @the_fox1106 @kck1965 @SkyUK You need to be careful with Virgin. I got a very nice package for £28/m then it shot up to £78/m. Despite returning the equipment, they are still trying to charge me. Virgin customer service is a joke, even writing to the CEO results in nothing being done.

    @SkyHelpTeam - I have been more than happy with sky Go until recently - my devices can’t connect to sky q box. - or it does for about 30 seconds …. I’m sick of it, been going on for months now and have tried to get help. - what is the point of SkyGo if it doesn’t “Go”

    @SkyHelpTeam So the internet goes down 4 weeks ago and your customers are just meant to sit there not knowing what is wrong, whether it’s something internally, when it will be fixed? That’s ridiculous. Maybe it needs to get fed back that that isn’t really acceptable customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam They said there is an apparent issue but to change password as that helped others. Didn’t help me at all. Surely this should be resolved by now

    @SkyHelpTeam Ultimately your customers are paying a reasonable amount per month and expect some level of service when things go wrong. Not left in the dark not knowing.

    Still nothing from @SkyHelpTeam about the internet being down. No support number and keep getting sent to the same part of their site which is ironically also down! Useless!
