So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this a number of times over the past 20 months and told the cell masts are pending maintenance. Nothing has changed, feels like I’m being fobbed off despite being. TV, broadband and mobile customer. We give Sky a lot of money every month and the mobile service is 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I have already gone through those steps but fail at the first hurdle as the "forgot your password" doesn't work. Every other step requires you to know your password which is the issue

@SkyHelpTeam I was told to reset my router as I complained my picture was not great the colours were dull on it. The problem being is there are so many issues. It continually freezes on the tv and the puck. It’s meant to turn on when you come in a room but doesn’t even though it’s set to.

@HaugenSmeplass @pagreen65 @SkySports Not necessarily. If one side is opening further than the other side (because of a fault), then the airflow through the car is now not symmetrical. More drag on one side to the other could cause a problem
