I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

I don’t believe it’s your issue but I figured I would tag you in as my in-laws who live a few doors away are having the same issue. @SkyHelpTeam have been nothing but useless. It is clearly an @WeAreOpenreach issue but Sky claim they can’t do anything without me sending the same 3 sets of photos of the router and ONT….again. This lack of communication, even from the supplier, with @openreach is pathetic.
