So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam do you always continue to charge for services people have cancelled? Strange approach. Guess some might not notice so you get some free cash. Also your chat service is awful and oddly when you start a chat to cancel or downgrade no one ever responds to it 🤔
