    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam Puck has been restarted pretty much on a daily basis to fix some sort of issue that occurs. Software is the latest version.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ta. It was down for about 2 hrs this morn but has come back by itself in last 5 mins. Will keep the link for next time as hopefully more helpful for the next time with the telephone number than the main one without!

    @SkyHelpTeam Getting about half the speed we were with no changes our end for months now. Your online diagnostic page acknowledges we are not getting the speed we should but then says an engineer visit will not solve problem? We used to get 60mb now only 35mb.. i want an engineer to check it

    @virginmedia been with virgin broadband since May 2021 and god has it been horrendous! Service is utter ****, broadband has been non existent and now you want me to pay a cancellation fee even though I haven’t received the service I am paying for! Oh @SkyHelpTeam I miss you guys!
