    So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry to say after 19 years we will be leaving - an unrequested service on our account for THREE YEARS who you say was put there by a sky ENGINEER if you please and not even the option to discuss a partial refund. Disgusting. Our custom will be taken elsewhere!

    @DanRatcliffe12 @SkySports I've never understood how they do it either as Liverpool are away when the team letter is after L. I wondered if it's to do with what dressing room the teams get drawn in as there's obviously a home and away changing rooms in Wembley.
