@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

Just seen @SkySports "journalist" Zinny Boswells marks out of 10 for the England players from last night. Luke Shaw 4/10 Harry Maguire 5/10 Harry got caught for the 2nd goal but that was all he did wrong. Shaw attacked down the left all night. Come back to OT fellas

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have. They said it was a known issue and it would be resolved shortly but no refund because the service still worked. Not bothered about the refund tbh, just think you shouldn’t sell a service that doesn’t work

Ug. I really hate Sky Glass right now. @SkyUK should never have released this shambles as a fully functioning service. People should be trialling this, at a discount, until it works. Right now, it does not do what they said it would do when they sold it. Lies.
