@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it was a complete was of time. The manager provided no solution. I will be taking this matter and I am awaiting a senior manager to call who can actually make a decision. I am contacting my bank to reclaim the money Sky stole from me.

I will be so glad to get rid of @SkyUK their just money grabbing people and never happy to resolve an issue. Avoid all cost as their promises and support are none existent to their customers.

@SkyHelpTeam @BBCWatchdog So Sky as an organisation has the ability to steal money from your account without notifying you and is not willing to accept any responsibility. Raise a complaint is a complete waste of time. Will be losing another very customer.
