@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

Just seen @SkySports "journalist" Zinny Boswells marks out of 10 for the England players from last night. Luke Shaw 4/10 Harry Maguire 5/10 Harry got caught for the 2nd goal but that was all he did wrong. Shaw attacked down the left all night. Come back to OT fellas

@OwenVachell @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My Vodafone fibre broadband is fine - everything apart from the utterly awful #SkyQ box connects to it consistently via wifi, even in the far corners of the house. I have to reset the SkyQ box connection manually at least a couple of times a week, when I can be arsed.

@Johnlennon05771 @SkyHelpTeam You probably have the Q Hub router, the WiFi on it is terrible. I complained and they wanted me to pay extra for better WiFi, it’s a joke but bet they make a fortune charging customers to “boost” their WiFi signal!

Morning @SkyHelpTeam woke up this morning to my box telling me to insert my viewing card and I cant seem to fix it. I have taken my card out wiped it and restarted the box but still not working.
