So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam No, I have just had my service activated. You are trying to charge me twice for delivery of equipment and twice for activation. Totally unacceptable

@SkyUK - please help a mobile/TV/broadband customer. I’m in the States. I called 2 weeks ago to say I was struggling to make calls. You couldn’t fix it, escalated ticket raised. My phone won’t work at all now & for THREE days I’m trying to get someone in @SkyHelpTeam to help….

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely appalling customer service! Contacted you a month ago for help reducing our bills to be offered just a £5 discount. Called yesterday to leave and go to BT and you wanted to offer us the world to stay! No thanks! Too little too late! Totally awful!
