@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

Unbelievable , 16 years a SKY BUISNESS customer & finanally something in July worth paying our fee for & getting a decent trade , but know they put it on teresteral tv 😂😂😂😂#unbelievable #whatevernext @skysports

@SkyHelpTeam So been messed around by sky since the black friday deals. Upgraded but cancelled sports and cinema as didnt need it. Low and behold they cancelled kids..ive been on the phone numerous times to sort kids out so i dont lose service and guess what ive got to ring again

@SkyHelpTeam been told by numerous colleagues they would call me back to sort it out. No compensation or anything but a sorry! Im so frustrated ive had enough and will cancel and go ofcom if its not sorted!!

@SkyHelpTeam the past 2 days my broadband and WiFi has gone off constantly! I’ve tried everything to keep it on, done all the checks but nothing works. I’ve got 5 children, 2 of whom are trying to finish homework for school! I pay a lot of money for this service and it’s unfair

@SkyHelpTeam Done diagnostic 4 times. Says there's an outage in the area of Scarborough. Has been since this morning. But 4g also poor. Can't really test anything as no 4g and no WiFi. How can I connect?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes most people are stupid and can't think for themselves and sadly you can't fix stupid. So put it on, on default and then put a setting to turn It off in the installer menu where only the smart people will find it!
