So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to someone who said they have set another callback for Monday..... 110% it will not happen!! And to get to speak to a manager I would have to wait for a callback 24-72hrs. Very poor yet again to say the least! Why can’t someone arrange for a manager to ring straight back?!

@SkyHelpTeam I have been through this process, it says there is a fault, and needs engineer, however it doesn’t allow me to book an engineer through the sky app. Need to book an appointment as soon as possible. Your help is required. Thanks
