@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to activate sky talk shield to stop nuisance calls I’ve done what it says but just end up back where I started if I wanted to go round in circles endlessly I’d go on a merry go round. Please help.

So the Sky signal drops and restarting the box does no good. A message pops up on the TV saying please call us and we’ll help. I call and the robot tells me Sky are currently answering calls after 45 minutes. 45 minutes!!! @SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous

@jon16923 @SkyHelpTeam I feel so sorry for those who are excited for the arrival of their new sky glass system, get ready for constant frustration and total dissatisfaction, and believe me, until they design a totally new tv, most of the problems will NEVER be resolved.

@SkyUK appalling service, 4 engineers and 4 hours on the phone later and you still cant work out how to connect up a new property that has ben built to replace an existing old one. The only solution you have is to turn off the current connection, wait 3 weeks with no internet
