    I’m recovering from life from life support from an RTI (Road Traffic Incident) on the way home from work at Wakefield Train Station since then I’ve been recovering awaiting patiently returning to employment! I understand from watching @SkySports you have difficulties with @GNev2

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you Becca for the update. Not one to be cynical but it was hell of co-incidence that City Fibre were at the local exchange box and we received a letter offering their services through our door at the time of the outage!

    @SkyUK out of contract and just tried to cancel, next bill due on 28th December (Payment for the month ahead) but been told that I’ll have to pay again on the 28th January even though 31 days notice from today takes me up to 17th January!!! What money stealing con is this this?

    @SkyHelpTeam No it was dpd due to postal strike. Sky booked it. And did not tell me about a return label!!!!! Three days I’ve waited for the delivery! Twice dpd didn’t deliver! We’ve had no tv since Saturday and no one is taking hold of this complaint!

Also your assumptions about how Openreach's network functions is totally incorrect but then again you aren't an engineer so keep those unhelpful comments to yourself.
