Think I myt cancel @SkyUK, I've had it for 20yrs, costs a bloody fortune + the only reward (as advertised) so far in 2 bloody decades is ONE free movie! Think I myt get a 2nd @AmazonUK firestick & be done with monthly. 😁

@SkyHelpTeam why is it so damn difficult to speak to a person? 6 calls to your "customer services" number 4 times it has disconnected me, and the other 2 keeps trying to wrongly send me to an irrelevant department. It is absolutely disgraceful....

@SkyHelpTeam come back from holiday and my speeds are abismale i pay for priority gaming and there so bad ive just downloaded games on my mobile hotspot as they were slightly quicker im getting 30 download and after talking to friends who are getting 100+ im begining to wonder

@SkyHelpTeam I don't have mobile data strong enough to do this as I live in an area where there is no connection and can't be expected to take a newborn outside elsewhere in the cold just to run diagnostics as to why I'm not getting the service I'm paying for

@SkyHelpTeam just switched to sky mobile and my internet at work is so slow it’s verging on unusable. 3 bars 4g but not even getting 1mb down. Is there an issue somewhere?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi help team. Had my TV broadband fitted about 3/4 months ago.This morning my TV was pumping out Sky TV but now the box as gone blue screen saying satellite signal issue. Builders next door have put up scaffolding and I think blocked our signal. Can you help advise
