Anyone else had issues with the @SkyUK app on PlayStation? Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. It doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing the issue from forums I've seen 🤬

If Sky Q boxes (& mini boxes) act as boosters for Wi-fi, does using Ethernet cables in the back of these to connect Sonos etc take less strain off the Wi-fi signal (it’s not using its own Wi-fi?) does anyone know please? My internet is a nightmare @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam So. Broadband is back up again but Sky Q box won't connect. Tried rebooting. Tried reconnecting to it in Network Settings but it's just not seeing it. Any ideas?
