Anyone else had issues with the @SkyUK app on PlayStation? Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. It doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing the issue from forums I've seen 🤬

TV itself goes blank and requires hard resets constantly. No mention of atrocious Pucks. Review makes it sound half decent instead of the reality of it not being ready

At least once a month my Sky Broadband disconnects for a few days and every time it tells me I need an engineer. One of the worst Internet providers out there. Once again no internet so no TV, not able to work and as my heating runs on HIVE...@SkyHelpTeam

Day 2 of broadband issues with @SkyIreland! Not ideal when you’re trying to work from home. Spent hours yesterday trying to make contact with @SkyHelpTeam to no avail. Finally got hold of someone on Messenger this morning only to be told it could take up to 5 days to fix!
