Think I myt cancel @SkyUK, I've had it for 20yrs, costs a bloody fortune + the only reward (as advertised) so far in 2 bloody decades is ONE free movie! Think I myt get a 2nd @AmazonUK firestick & be done with monthly. 😁

Hi @SkyHelpTeam just wondering what the point of booking a 5 hour morning time slot is? Called the help desk to be told I may get a call from your engineer in about half hr/ an hr with an update - but can’t give me an eta….. good job I’m not busy 🙄

@SkyUK We moved to you with an agreed commitment to refunding our breakage fee to Virgin. Husband has sent the requested evidence several times but has received no refund. Calling your Customer Services has revealed you have no escalation process in place. What do you suggest?

@SkyHelpTeam I‘m using F1 TV which uses the Sky Commentary. I have contacted them also but they‘ve told me that the problem comes from the source itself.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle. I'm posting after every sky 'update' because of the appalling customer service from sky and Openreach, and my need to 'put it out there'. There's a fault that Openreach need to fix but they won't tell me what, and sky also don't or won't. I'll be back on the 26th!

@SkyHelpTeam …I want to be refund for the entire cost, please, that’s the only fair outcome. Previous call agent said to call Disney & they gave us it for 5 days, until Sky sorted it, but the guy who said he’d call back [from Sky] never did. Help? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Just been quoted 2-3 days by another provider. They didn’t see a problem with it at all. Sky service has declined massively past few years. Not sure what I’m paying for really.
