Think I myt cancel @SkyUK, I've had it for 20yrs, costs a bloody fortune + the only reward (as advertised) so far in 2 bloody decades is ONE free movie! Think I myt get a 2nd @AmazonUK firestick & be done with monthly. 😁

@SkyHelpTeam when a manager refuses to discuss a complaint with a customer. Pushed to ofcom or communications ombudsman. A five minute conversation would have and an hour and a half with customer services.

@OpenreachHelp Apologies if I'm coming across as a bit frustrated but this is an absolute shambles in every direction, nobody appears to be doing anything to fix this at @SkyHelpTeam other than blame @OpenreachHelp for not giving them any info, which Openreach claim they have done

@SkyHelpTeam No it really isn’t the quickest or easiest way. It’s a known issue affecting most ISPs in the area. I’d rather you just gave an update on what Openreach are doing about it tbh
