I’m recovering from life from life support from an RTI (Road Traffic Incident) on the way home from work at Wakefield Train Station since then I’ve been recovering awaiting patiently returning to employment! I understand from watching @SkySports you have difficulties with @GNev2

@_suzilove @SkyUK Worst thing I ever did!(Moving from o2 to sky mobile)I’ve had ongoing phone conversations with them for 2 weeks+ and still not getting anywhere. Even said I’m considering cancelling all sky services, tv broadband, mobile. And they said ‘we can do that’ rather than resolving it.

@SkyHelpTeam .Member of complaints team but guess what? Apparently you can’t be put through - they have to call back. And not until tomorrow. So now, new home, no internet (I WFH), no tv, and no one to speak to so it can be escalated. Absolute **** show

By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!
