Anyone else had issues with the @SkyUK app on PlayStation? Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. It doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing the issue from forums I've seen 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Hi so firstly l lose my purse then cancel all cards and plus my accounts as there was an issue with them too I was in credit with sky but .... they cut off or “restrict “ my services and I can’t speak to anyone either after 37 mins!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, he said the sales staff R not being honest with customers, they Rtaking orders & promising sky can be fitted etc,Why can he not fit it? I’ve called again and the customer service staff have said the engineer should have done the work. So they’ve rebooked it, what is goin on?

@SkyHelpTeam Can I get a more detailed answer than that? When I checked online initially it said ‘good service’ when searched further, it says ‘there’s an outage at your area’. Is it possible to verify what’s happening & get a time estimate for resolution?
