@jprs76 @SkyHelpTeam Couldn’t agree more skyQ is awful since having it it’s been a nightmare never ever had a problem with skyHD and yes I’ve tried all your suggestions to fix it!! There is clearly a problem with SkyQ that sky cannot fix! just read support feeds @SkyHelpTeam please sort it out

@SkyHelpTeam Now after restarting my router 3 times I got 60Mbps but first thing in a morning I get 5Mbps. This is when I do a speed test. However when I login on MySky when I test my broadband it says there is nothing wrong. 1/2
