@ankastkats2 @SkyHelpTeam Well after my toil with the useless online unhelpful forb an hour...We are now on the phone for almost another hour, and they cant fix it, so they will send an engineer out on tuesday...In the meantime I guess they will be charging us for not being able to use it for 2-3 days

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t want to engage sorry but want to close by saying that only alternative I was offered was to write in by mail - for a fairly urgent issue. 2+ hours wasted in text chat to be told to write a letter as couldn’t call a number. Do some training - and provide services for all
