    @SkyHelpTeam hi my hard drive has just failed on my sky hd box it’s over 10yrs old. I’ve only just renewed my contract, tried calling but there’s a 45 minute wait. Can you help please?

    Nearly £90 a month to @SkyUK and the useless ***** can't even provide a decent enough service to watch Sky Go on my PC. Honestly can't wait for @virginmedia to come here

    Anyone else had issues with the @SkyUK app on PlayStation? Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. It doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing the issue from forums I've seen 🤬

    @an0key @Google @SkyHelpTeam Already got a pixel 6. But can't get the blasted thing to work on Sky Mobile 5g despite it being enabled on plan and in coverage in Edinburgh. Seems that Google only allow specific networks to be 5g enabled :/. But they are an mvno of a network that is. So no idea.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam that has been over 7hrs I've been waiting for my Engineer to come and sort the issue with my Sky signal out. A whole week without it now. I have disabilities and have been awake since the crack of dawn for this. Can someone please tell me what is going on?

    Imagine being on phone to @virginmedia for over an hour for them to out the phone down and not even resolve my problem. Not even been with them a week and this is how they treat customers. Back to @SkyHelpTeam I go!!

    @SkyHelpTeam myself and my girlfriend have been a Sky Customer for around 20 month. Numerous calls and engineer visits during our contract due to our appalling broadband speeds. We’ve not had our guaranteed min speed for more than 1 month combined I believe in the whole 20 months

    @SkyHelpTeam No I haven’t had issues. They said they’d had a report it was slow and asked me to check. Then they wanted me to go into another browser so I said I had to go. They called on: 004928255873 I googled the number but couldn’t find anything about it being weird so thought I’d tweet!

    The camera work on this #SAvWAL game is appalling.. impossible to see if the kicks are going over. Sound quality terrible as well @SkySports
