@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I’m a customer of 20 yrs. When I did my latest contract last summer, I wasn’t given the option with the £3 boost. I ended up calling back to review BB deal as you were offering new customers a better deal at the time & the 2nd person I spoke to also said it wasn’t optional

@SkyHelpTeam It always was optional in the past but wasn’t last summer. I resent paying £3 extra to boost a signal in an average size house and to be told when it wasn’t working
