@SkyHelpTeam @mattwaterman It's a issue in Sheffield nothing to do with the connection at his end as lots of people in the Sheffield area have no connection, it's a YOU issue not a us issue

@OpenreachHelp Been reported by many in Sheffield but @SkyUK just keep telling people they will send a engineer round to you house when it's not a issue with our end due to the fact most of sheffield sky Internet is offline

@NextStepNick @SkyUK Ahh that's awful Nick, sorry to hear that! I hope it gets resolved soon 🤞 I've been with @EE for years and always had great service from them (even when losing internet after a storm), and they often supply free extra data to use my mobile hotspot if it's out for a period.
