Anyone else had issues with the @SkyUK app on PlayStation? Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. It doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing the issue from forums I've seen 🤬

@bt_uk when I signed up a few months ago for TV I was told I'd get Britbox and never did. NowTV worked perfectly for my SkySports but never heard anything about BritBox. Amy idea why this was and if I can correct it? As I've now given enough time due to the present world.

Absolutely disgusted with @SkyUK. Customer 20-odd years & refused bband switch credit as couldn't get in touch with them in the lockdown (despite many, many phone calls) & missed the 90 days cutoff. Customer loyalty obviously means nothing to #Sky 😠
