@SkyHelpTeam It says it can’t find my router and after I do all the checks it says I need an engineer which I have booked. But I feel it’s a waste of an engineers time if lots of other people have the same problem starting at the same time.

@SkyHelpTeam There is no opportunity to enter a phone number, i get a “no issues “ message when your account states there are issues in the area? Nothing is fixing the internet and your phone lines have over 30 minutes hold time
