@SkyHelpTeam That means I lose 19 years of Sky Benefits, and involves you taking my Q boxes (so I lose all the films I’ve paid for) only to replace them - which is utterly ludicrous and environmentally unsound. What exactly is the rationale for such a customer unfocused ‘business decision’?

No #FridayFeeling for me. Broadband barely working. Instead of sending me out a new router @SkyUk cancel my viewing card @SkyHelpTeam guarantee old viewing card will be reactivated within 2 hours. Hasn't happened. No movie night for me I suppose.
