Anyone else had issues with the @SkyUK app on PlayStation? Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. It doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing the issue from forums I've seen 🤬

@SkyUK hi we are again having problems with our internet connection as we are working from home and being key workers it is becoming a problem. We did have work on our external lines before Xmas but haven’t heard anything since?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m still having an issue and will not be contacting your service team to be patronised again and have excuses and being told to just wait till the new service is in. Quite frankly your customer service is appalling and I’m considering cancelling my upgrade and switching supplier

Here we go again. Sky broadband is like a yo-yo. @SkyHelpTeam Im having daily issues connecting to my work VPN using my Sky broadband. I can’t wait for my contract to expire.

Extremely upset @SamsungUK & @SkyUK wont help. Be wary buying the new Galaxy FE 5g - apparently comes with Free Active watch. What they don’t say when selling is that you can’t claim the watch until the phone arrives 4-6 weeks on back order. Then the offer is over #miss-sold
