Nearly £90 a month to @SkyUK and the useless ***** can't even provide a decent enough service to watch Sky Go on my PC. Honestly can't wait for @virginmedia to come here

@SkyHelpTeam if someone would answer the phone that would be great. Been talking to a bot and I have been on the phone on hold, moved from department to department for 57 minutes and given up! service is unacceptable I just want to cancel it all now!

@SkyUK Broadband account phone-support is a bloody disgrace. They demand loads of answer options on a machine then say talking to a human is a 45 minute wait. I wanted to talk about re-signing, but after that experience I'm off to @vodafone after all.

@SkyUK Finally after numerous phone calls over 2 months, my WiFi is fixed. How on earth your advisers didn't pick up on our 8 year old router needing replacing I'll never know! Maria the Engineer did a great job. Shame about your customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam We finally got him to offer the security question. Why he wouldn't immediately, I don't know. Apparently the automated line my Dad talked to earlier did NOT remove Sky Cinema from our account as requested. It said we are sorry to hear you want to leave Sky Cinema, please hang up.
