Anyone else had issues with the @SkyUK app on PlayStation? Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. It doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing the issue from forums I've seen 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Is there any update on when this outage in the Lincoln area might be resolved? Still disappointing your service checker says no issue but when the phone number is entered says there is. I would have hoped for better communication.
