@SkyHelpTeam Another call to @skyuk @SkyHelpTeam apparently ooeneeach have attended and can’t find a fault and now it’s back as a sky fault for you to fix. Still not working. Nobody seems to care.

A so called VIP customer however I have to wait 2 working days for an engineer to come look for a fault with my broadband meaning I don’t have broadband access. @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Matt, it took an hour on the call but finally we have an engineer coming to fix it. Bit weird that the operator couldn't give me a reference number for the call though. Let's hope the engineer can fix this so we don't have to find a different provider.
