@SkyHelpTeam Do you know when the internet's going to be back up? Btw, your just like Virgin Media. Hard to get a hold of, god awful internet that constantly goes down, and your little "internet checker" always says its A ok when its not.

@SkyHelpTeam no internet for 9 hours in norwich and I know I'm not the only one as down detector has people all over Norfolk commenting that there's is down too, any idea what the problem is?
