Anyone else find how irritably bad @SkySports is with updating commentary!! 4/5/6 minutes go by without an update if people you employee can’t keep up with commentary then employ people who can!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam If broadband is completely down the diagnostics don’t work - and you check for local issues through a 4G connection and it says no issues.... back up again now

Appalling customer service from @SkyUK not even showing up for our instalment appointment and not even a call to tell me they’re not coming. Then when I call, to be told there’s nothing they can do and we won’t have internet for another week because they won’t fit us in😠
