Anyone else had issues with the @SkyUK app on PlayStation? Ad volume is fine but movies are so quiet the TV has to be turned right up & the volume is still quiet but the voices sound distorted. It doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing the issue from forums I've seen 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Why when I renewed mine did I have no trouble yet my mum was told it was the best offer available by the sky agent despite me having the website open that said otherwise. Why do sky treat OAPs differently is it because you feel its easier to trick more money out of them?
