@SkyUK disappointed I cancelled my Broadband with you as @virginmedia offers a better package. Didn’t get my return box for sky router & sky didn’t cancel my broadband as agreed & then charge me for non return & an extra 2 months of broadband. Poor customer service

@SkyUK I’m not happy. I’ve been a customer for over 21 years however if I was a New customer I would be getter a better deal.. Think it’s time to shop elsewhere to get New customer deals

@SkyHelpTeam Need to know what's happening with my broadband. Went down at 10pm yesterday, and still down (postcode LS12). I pay Sky enough every month already, and now I'm losing even more due to this. I bet you won't compensate me though, will you?

@SkyHelpTeam evening, having to pull mains plug on sky glass daily to reboot it. Freezes, apps not working, volume not working, the list of reasons is endless. Any ideas why this is required, starting to regret swapping from Q now

Woohoo, free and away from **** internet and cust service I've had for 5 years with @bt_uk its never your fault hahaha got a good deal @SkyUK look forward to having decent WiFi coverage around my bungalow that for some reason BT couldn't cope with unless I paid extra per month.
