    @SkyHelpTeam @Tweeting_Rich There is definitely a problem in N16/E8. And it's with the network, not any hardware installed on customers premises. I run my own router and it is working fine so must be on sky's side

    @SkyHelpTeam we were out of contract and renewed with Sky to get worse broadband connection than we were paying for before! Told our contract would be cheaper but we've been billed more. I work from home and have had crap service since the switch. I can't even do my job!

    @SkyHelpTeam sky q mini box not working. Have done all the trouble shooters and have reset router, mini box and main box etc. Internet is working fine as we’re watching Netflix.

    Can you help @SkyHelpTeam ? I keep getting emails from @SkyUK saying to claim my free voice remote in the VIP app but there is no option to claim one in my Sky App! Either give me the option or stop sending me emails telling me to claim one!

    @SkyHelpTeam please update your service status checker. No internet in Chelmsford ALL day due to HUGE BT outage but ‘no problems’ apparently. CEV teacher with no option but to go into work tmw as now can’t teach from home - unless I pay a fortune for more data. Brilliant 😠

    @SkyHelpTeam someone needs to put me through to someone to speak too! If I get one more SMS telling me to log in I'll go mental. And no I won't use my data when I pay for a wifi service I barely get! I have to use my mobile network just to work during the week!
