@BarnPosey @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried. For the stuff I want to downgrade it says to cancel call this number. Then I ring it and listen to automated service. When you say you want to change things on your account it says you can do it online.

@SkyHelpTeam Over the course of 6 years i have paid in excess of £8000 in subscription services, i try to cancel someof my package 2 months early and you want to charge me £2 less than the 2 months costs anyways? Absolute rip off. So much for being a gold customer

@SkySports Players arrive in buses powered by biofuel. Do they not know how environmentally unfriendly biofuel is? Rainforest in Indonesua being chopped down to enable soya crops to be planted instead.
