@SkyHelpTeam Already have, they're of no help, but they said both yours and there's routers work for either broadband provider, given that you own Now, that's not a surprise. So do you do a 4 port router at sky?

@SkyUK so after months of no WiFi, I'm now back to have intermittent connection.. AGAIN, time to cancel this contract I think. Move over to @EE seeing as they've been running my house hold via my phone this whole time

@SkyHelpTeam Now have terrible customer service and the only thing they'd tell me is that I could use a sky router instead, because Now is a sky company. You're sky, so please send me a 4 port sky router to replace the junk 2 port Now router

@SkyHelpTeam I live in flat, your agent is keep saying they can’t fix the issue I need to talk to property management. And property management is saying it’s sky issue I need to call sky for help now where should I go?it’s worst customer service I have ever seen I wish I would not have taken.
