    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @mcgceltic @SkyUK The TV is fine but if the WiFi goes down then we've no channels, I thought it would be better cause I never got half my channels with my old package and then less again when the weather was bad,I reported it once and they said they couldn't do anything cause its the weather

    @SkyHelpTeam No doubt, tested positive for Covid so being isolated at home for 10 days with no internet is less than ideal! Seems like the issue is not in my house so wondered if there are network issues
