    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

    @SkyUK so virgin media has a 24hour service if there’s a problem- and sky seem to say tough luck when we have no internet which means no sky mini boxes. And no work for key workers who WFH. Good job 👍🏼

    Sigh. @SkyHelpTeam why can’t I downgrade my package online or in the app (which contains a Change My Package feature that doesn’t let you change your package!) but I can add chargeable items online just fine? This is crap. Really, really crap.

The problem is the ineptitude of the officials and the failure of those governing the game to speak other sports before implementing the changes. If you’re going to fight anything, fight the arrogance of the FA.

    @SkyUK Sky called me a fraud, cancelled my sky viewing card and accused me of impersonating myself. The customer service lady was rude to me. So I just got @netflix instead because Netflix don’t treat their customers like trash #netflix do yourself a favour and get ditch sky
