    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks TS, every time I've called to try this I end up with the call being ended & sent a link for how to fix my broadband.. which options do I need to use to speak to an actual person, the only one I haven't used is the "I want to leave Sky" option.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having problems in Southampton to. My router is showing 3 green lights but all of my devices are saying that the internet is not available. There are no active sky routers in my area either. I have already looked on your help page and now not sure what to do.

    @SkyUK has the WORST internet i've ever had to deal with. And even MORE WORSE when it's a rainy day, yet they charge the most. Absolute scam. Stopping me from working from home yet happily taking the money from our account every month lmao. Absolutely the worst.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I’ve received emails saying that my phone line and broadband are being cancelled due to a request to take over my line. I haven’t done this and am worried we will be cut off. Help!?

    @SkyHelpTeam No point at 3 attempted calls and everytime the operator conveniently getting cut off and no return calls. It’s poor service that covid can’t even be blamed for.
